De hotel is directly to a main road. Since there is no airco you have to decide wether you want to sleep with noice or in a too warm bedroom.

The comfort of the rooms are poor. The windows are bad quality and already many of them are not possible to open or close. Only the mainbuilding has aircondition and only if no one else open their window. In our room (not in the mainbuiding) the window was broken and not possible to close. When we told so, they said it was a common problem and not easy to solve.

The location is perfect if you are visiting Visby and like a poolfacility and sauna. The barservice is superb and also the breakfast.

Nothing particular. Just that some hotel buildings had weird Aluminum exterior, not pretty at all and we missed a playground for children near mini golf and the pool.

The hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of room amenities. The breakfast was excellent. The staff was extremely kind. And of course the location was great as it is between the ferry terminal and inner city so for us it was easy and fast to get to destinations outside inner city as well.

Didn't like the bed way too soft and the matress was kind of loose so you had to fix it often and because our baby was sleeping in the middle it kind of always ended in between mattresses.

Liked the room it was clean and big and you had good space to put away your clothes and stuff. Breakfast was good and staff friendly.

Please look into the pool chair situation at the swimming pool. In the mornings people put their beech towels on the chair, to basically book a chair at the poolside and then they go for breakfast. The result is, that people who genuinely go to the pool to swim, can not find any free pool chairs. I have stood there with not a single person sitting on the pool chair, but with every chair "booked" out and people that went off to do other things. This is not fair to other people who want to use pool.

Good options for the breakfast. Very close proximity to Visby center. There are lots to keep the kids entertained i.e swimming pool, mini golf, "football" pool game and with bicycles that can be rented etc. Very close to some nice beeches i.e Tofta and the waterpark.

Very minor things, which were not even worth reporting: our room’s door needing an extra push to close and room service, which due to the pandemic was scheduled for every fourth day and could probably have happened a bit more often.

Pretty much everything: location, welcoming staff, good breakfast, nice pool area and amenities. Parking is included just a few steps from the room buildings. Great for families, featuring a fully equipped kitchen and dining room.
