The window view wasn't that great. It wasn't clear from booking that you were gonna use shared bathroom.

It's close to the airport and good enough if your goal is just to sleep and then fly the next day.

I thought the room had a private bathroom but it didn't. There was also no chair in the room. And last it would be good if the parking instructions where a little bit more clear.

The light in the room could not be turned off. Not the hostels' fault but every word and footstep of the early morning low-cost carrier passengers in the corridor easily audible. Take eye patch/ear plugs etc if you aren't leaving before dawn!

Free shuttle bus almost to the door - other airports can learn from Arlanda. Spotlessly clean bathrooms Fully equipped kitchen for my picnic supper w/tea & coffee making facilities.

The dryer is to long, and one of the washing machine was broken, one of the light was also broken. A weird smell at the door, and some small smudges in the bathroom (lipstick - to small). The neighbours next door was also very loud the whole night, screaming every 20 min, it was a bit scary. But at least feel secure with a CCTV in the hallway otherwise I would be to scared to stay there.

Location, value for money, facilities, very nice staff, and also customer service were friendly as well. There's a window and the view is good. Good for layover and transit. The utensil is complete, and there's an oven. We missed the bus stop because we need to press stop.

It is not clean, food rest on the flor behind the door of the bedroom. The basin was blocked, oi tried to reach by phone the customer service several times but no one answered, wrote messages, they answered but didn’t send anyone for maintenance. No drinking water in the refrigerator where you can buy only Fanta to drink.

Good idea for an airport hotel. The customer service of Finland was very responsive and helpful, they easily made my extension.

Asked for communication in English, but have been receiving automatic messages in Finnish all the time. Very late check in (after 4pm). 2 extra hours of checking in earlier cost ridiculously.

The sink in the bathroom was totally clogged which was a bit sad.

Around 3am someone one was banging on all the doors. They were inside the corridor waiting for someone to come out. It was a little scary. Rushed out the hotel at 5am to catch flight and didnt see anyone at that time. Middle of nowhere so no staff available. No where to buy water so bring your own or drink the tap water.

Close to airport, free shuttle bus every 10 minutes. Room is spacious, bed is comfortable. Room is very clean and stylish.

Breakfast was included in the booking,but we didn't see any breakfast, perhaps the free coffee machine was taken into consideration.Also the hanging light bulb was not working, although the corridor light and bed lights were enough, so we are not complaining but suggesting to get that fixed.Nice and clean, worths every penny in that price. O verall I would rate 8 out of 10.
