The hotel is a little bit in tbe middle of nowhere without any store or restaurant around. Choose it only if you will live there for a few hours. The room was super small and a weird beeping sound in the room was super annoying. 150m walk from the shuttle bus stop. There is no staff on place, no reception or anytging like that. No window.

Relativly close to Arlanda. Comfortable beds. Value for money.

The self-service check-in worked well and we found the room and facilities clean and tidy. The bed was comfortable, the utilities and TV worked well, and the location relative to the free Airport bus was very convenient.

From bus stop to the entrance of the builidng, partly we have to pass non-paved way. So, baby stroller and big suitcase are bid difficult to move there.

Though we need to take bus from the airport, but we can catch it every 10min. So, in total acess is good. Also, the room is nice. Ceiling is very high.

It was easier to locate the place, but when you ask for special consideration like check in early, the communication is not there, when we stayed there we requested check in early, only to arrive and being informed we had to wait until the allocated time of check in, this information I got after calling and speaking yo operator, it would have been nice to know prior that it cannot happen

We arrived later in the evening and wanted something to eat, but there was nothing in the hotel and nothing nearby. In the end we had to drive to get some food. At least a vending machine would have been enough.

Contactless check in hotel, which in my case is nice. No delays, you just get the code and you can enter the hotel. Free parking.

I wasn't sure if a tap water is drinkable or not, so had to google it to find that Sweden has good tap water everywhere. However, it would be helpful for foreigners if you add any kind of sign in a room that tap water is good to drink. ;) The electricity sockets at kitchen wall didn't work, or I didn't find how to turn them on. Luckily, other sockets had no issues.

It was my first experience at the hotel without staff and I'm pleased to say everything was smooth. I was provided with clear guidance how to pass identification procedure, how to get to the hotel from airport and to enter the room. The studio had everything needed for me to get my night meal ready after the late flight. The window view allows you to watch the planes take off every few minutes, but the sound proof is good, so you can sleep well.

I wasnt sure about the parking. Should you have something in the car that sais you are a gest at tbe hotel or if it didnt matter. I didnt get a fine so that is good. Will ask about this the next time I stay

I like that it is close to the airport. It is a confterble apartment and the beds are amazingly good. Sleppt like a baby.

When we checked-in, the reception person was, at minimum unwelcoming, but closer to stand offish. I tend to be someone who gives a lot of grace to people, knowing that everyone has “stuff” happening. But in this case, it’s one of the primary responsibilities of this position to provide good customer service and make the guests feel welcome. That did not happen at the Arlington. It was disappointing.

Location and room size. The room also had decent amenities.

There were no towels in the room and no staff to ask. The information beforehand said that bedlinen and towels were included. (The accommodation is on the 4th floor of an office building, so not conventional, but that was OK.)

Able to check in at 2 a.m. after a delayed flight. Comfortable bed and clean accommodation. Easy to get to with P3 Alfa shuttle once you can find where the shuttle goes from (Ground transportation stop 3).

What does not work at all is that Booking.com does not inform about the need to verify my identity, and that they is no staff at the hotel. It turned out that this identification process was very cumbersome. I spent 45 in the middle of the night talking to Forenom’s customer support before the process worked, which meant my already short night because of the cancelled flight got even shorter. I was absolutely furious that booking.com did not offer any information about this on their website or their booking confirmation email.

Excellent and clear communication from the hotel before you arrive. The instructions on how to get there and into your room were very much appreciated. The room was very comfortable, modern and clean and had everything you needed.
