Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

FranceSuper cute Swedish-style buildings, with lots of nature around. It made the beginning of our Midsommar trip fantastic and gave it a very traditional touch. The staff was very nice, it was clean and rooms were confortable. Very cute little getaway :)

AustriaThis is a youth hostel. That means, you have to bring your own bedsheets and your own towels, otherwise you have to pay for rental. This was clearly stated on the description. Please check for it! What we did not see, was that you have to clean the room before leaving - or pay extra! Please check for it! The Wifi did not work. After we asked about it at the reception, it got rebooted and worked - for 15 minutes. The mattresses are foam rubber with knobs - like you get in a building supplies store. Nobody would expect a 7-zone-cold foam mattress, but... well, something in between. So we have the opinion that the price (€90) is very high. Right now we are accommodated in a hotel close to Stockholm, bedsheets, breakfast and cleaning included, which costs €133 - just to compare! We did not eat any breakfast, but what we saw in a brief look, seemed to be very modest. Maybe we did not look close enough.
It looks very nice and romantic. The staff is very friendly and very helpful. It is close to the oldest monastery in Sweden, as well as the Göta Canal. The garden is nicely kept. The kitchen was well equipped and very clean. It is all so, as you would expect in a youth hostel - except the down points - look bellow. The girl at the reception was very kind and understanding, she is perfect! So, we felt well, but there is some possibility for improvement!
