Nothing, really.

A very nice hotel, situated right on the shores of the lake Fryken. Perfect for an early morning swim from the hotel's mooring pier. Very clean and well maintained. Great view over the lake from the room (although all rooms might not have this) The night we stayed there, the hotel offered a barbecue buffet, which was excellent.

The room had a smell as if it has used for smokers previously, also I wanted lake view but my booking was lost (the staff were very helpful about this) and the only room remaining was one with a very dull view. This may be a fault of Booking.com though !!

The scrambled eggs tasted like fried air... The fresh fruit looked as if it was B-choice; the pineapples were not always completely ripened and the water melon tasted like water, but no melon. We had dinner the night of arrival, but this wasn't a success. We had to wait very long for the food, which turned out to be almost cold when it was served. It appeared as if there was only one staff member who really worked, while the others were watching him working... We were offered free dessert; we refused but it was served anyway.

Rooms are not large. We booked a room with lake view, but we had to look 'through' the parking place to see the lake. When we entered the room upon arrival it was extremely hot. There is no airco, but the windows can be opened to let some fresh air in. Beds are okay. Breakfast is okay, but not all food tasted as expected. Free parking can be done at the front side and at the back side of the hotel. The back side parking is near the back entrance, close to the rooms. In the morning, it was nice to have breakfast on the terrace, in the sun, with lake view. It was nice to be able to walk into the lake directly from the hotel for a swim!

Room was a little small. In the reviews someone mentioned sitting on their balcony viewing the lake. I was disappointed that we didn't have a balcony. Otherwise it was ok.

Staff super friendly. Breakfast was wonderful with lots of choices. The area felt safe. We left our bicycles on the rack and they were not disturbed. Nice view of the lake. We did drive into Sunne before getting on our bikes because we didn't want to bike on the highway.

The noise from the people in the room below. They had their door open to the balcony, directly below mine, and made considerable noise.

The location on the water was lovely and the view from my room was beautiful. The man who waited on everyone at dinner and breakfast was very nice and helpful.

These are very minor things: no menus in English (staff helped translate) and hard to find an available power outlet near the nightstands (outlets were elsewhere in room).

Shower was very nice, bed was very comfortable, dinner was very good - especially for price, and the view on the lake was wonderful. But, best of all, one of the staff agreed to do a load of laundry for us for no charge! She finally agreed to accept a tip. Very comfortable place to spend a night.

The breakfast. Unfortunately, the restaurant was understaffed so many plates were empy and no time for the staff to re-supply. The beds were too soft for us and internet on the slow side.

Location mainly, the hotel is beautifully situated at lake Fryken. You can swim in the lake. Convinient location for tourist attractions nearby such as Tossbergsklätten, Mårbacka, Alma Löv and Västanå Theater. The rooms are clean, but basic as expected from a 3* hotel.

There was a sewage smell in both the room and the bathroom and this could have been avoided if someone had checked a day or two before my arrival. This was probably because the water trap in the bathroom was not full of water and subsequent ventilation caused the sewer smell to disappear.

I arrived først at 22:00 and departed at 06:00, so I had no contact with the hotel staff, and did not eat breakfast, but there was an envelope at the reception with keycards for my room. The room and bathroom worked also well and the same goes for the parking space.

the hotel could do with upgrading the facilities, the noice insulation was poor and we were woke up several times as groups of people passed the room.
