Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The staff members were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome throughout my entire stay. The food was absolutely delicious, offering a diverse range of flavors to satisfy every palate. The hotel was immaculately clean, creating a comfortable and hygienic environment for guests to enjoy.

EstoniaI cannot give any distraction nor dissatisfaction. Maybe the parking for cars should be free of charge for hotel guests. And maybe the variety of coffee drinks should be complimentary for the breakfast.
Everything was good, we are well satisfied. Breakfast included most common food as usually and it was also tasty. Hotel has very good location, a bit outside of Stockholm city center, but still very close. Mall of Scandinavia is nearby, only decent walking distance 20 minutes.

This place is like a hidden gem for value. It seemed like it was located far outside the city but there is a bus stop right next to the hotel with direct buses to and from the airport and also to and from central Stockholm. I would definitely stay here again.

United KingdomWiFi signal seemed to weaken when I was in my room. But this couldn’t dampen my stay.
The staff at the hotel were welcoming and were very receptive each time I approached them. The room was as advertised, clean, with sufficient toiletries and clean towels. The water in the shower had the right pressure and easy to adjust to the temperature I favoured. The breakfast was excellent with loads of variety. The hotel is located next to 2 restaurants— an Indian and Thai restaurant. Also there is a mini supermarket near the hotel where you can buy some essential items. I found it easy to access the hotel from the airport — just come off the bus at Haga Norra, the hotel is around 200 meters. There is a gym and sauna if one needs to work out during their stay. The living room offers complimentary teas and coffees (all day) and is a great place to relax. Staff exhibited flexibility, allowing me to check in early and check out later than scheduled.

South AfricaThe breakfast was excellent with many options from continental to English breakfast choices and was of extremely high quality. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The rooms are small but modern, neat and clean and in very good condition with all that you could need. The hotel's lounge with self help coffee and tea provided us with a nice space to relax with our family We were able to store our luggage in the hotel before checkin and after checkout. The hotel is less than 200 metres from the Haga Norra busstop where the flybussarna bus stops on its way from Arlanda airport to Stockholm. To get to the old city is just as easy with public transport. Would highly recommend
