We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

GermanyThe door to our room were deformed in the way that made it impossible to open/close them quietly. As we stayed the café where normally the breakfast should be served was closed. The owner made an effort to prepare some for us but at the end of the day it was just some ham, cheese, salami in the boxes, uncut vegetables (with no cutting board provided) and tost bread and müssli in the bags. The only thing that made it deferent that buying the same things in the supermarket were the boiled eggs and coffee (that the guests had to partially prepare themselves as it went out pretty quickly). But there was also some Joghurt and juice. We haven't have left hungry so it wasn't bad just not what we have expected.
We have stayed there for just one night during our bike trip along the coast. The location was perfect for that as the hotel is just in the way. There were also many restaurants , supermarket and the train station very near. The host was friendly and answered also the earlier on-line questions quickly. We could put our two bikes in the floor so they were safe for the night. There was a nice terrace on our floor that could be used for example to eat breakfast. We got the room with shared bathroom which was ok as there were two bathrooms for three rooms so there was not much traffic. The whole hotel and the room were nicely arranged you could see that someone put some effort to make it nice and cosy. There was a coffee and tee corner and a fridge that we could use. There were also some plates and cutlery to our use.

United StatesThe staircase the slope would not work for someone disabled. I'm in good share so not a problem and he does have rooms on the first floor that are easily accesible.
Each room is individually decorated. Very charming and cosy. The owner, Tommy, was incredibly helpful and kind. A gentleman. This is a historic building so nose carries through the floor boards. But, I travel with earplugs. Also, the grocery store, pharmacy, liquor store and restaurants are steps away. Breakfast is provided at the bakery every morning.

The communication with staff, flexibility on check-in and the beds were very comfy. We booked a room without toilet but got a room with so that was a great surprise.

Perfect location in Heart of Landskrona with minutes walking to beautiful sea side & several Attractions such as the Castle. Super smooth self check-in; just enter a code given by the host in advance & directly enter Your room with the Key available for self-pick up. Never experienced such an uncomplicated, Quick check-in from anywhere else; we talk 100’s of Hotels & AirBnB!! Facility & room very cutely decorated in traditional style. Cosy & private, spacious balcony terrace with sofa groups perfect for a lovely self-tailored breakfast. All-in-all great value from money! Highly recommend this place, I will certainly come back next time I’m passing by Landskrona!

DenmarkI would have been better if it would have been made clear that 1. The room is a former shop and therefore you are sleeping behind a store window and you must close the blinds all the way down to the floor and live in complete darkness (neglecting here two miniscule reading spots over your bed) 2. You cannot open the window 3. There was no ventilation and you basically have to open the door in order to get some air. 4. There is playing on a Saturday evening a heavy metal band at deafening noise level from 22.00 in the night forward.
The location was central and clean.

DenmarkGreat location, right in the center of the city next to Systembolaget, grocery store, farmacy and bakery. Walking distance to the beach and harbor. Friendly staff, very clean, comfortable and cozy atmosphere. Five stars in all categories. Definitely recommended.
