We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

SwedenI have stayed here many times, and always the system with codes has worked fine. This time however I did not receive the codes in advance, but they were (re-?)sent promptly when I asked for them. Both toilet and shower rooms are small, but this is known in advance and part of the deal.
There is not a lot to choose from in Smedjebacken, but Hattkalles is always the first choice. You get a good night's sleep at a reasonable cost. Smedjebacken is not a big place, so everything is nearby.

SwedenCrockery is a bit limited, I would have liked a few larger cups and glasses to be made available as well. Also, cutlery is a bit limited in quantity, especially when there are a lot of guests.

SwedenThere is only one shower and toilet for all rooms. Rather small and cold.
I have stayed here many times, so I know what to expect. The system with door codes always works fine. This is a simple place, but there is not really a lot of choices in Smedjebacken. Breakfast is not available, and the only nearby café is not open for breakfast most days, so remember to bring breakfast food. There is a big kitchen.
