They had some problems with booking, so I had to wait for a while when arrived at hotel. Also the room is on the last floor with some beams supporting roof hanging around you. Not a big deal, but feels slightly incomfortable. None of this is a deal breaker though.

The hotel is placed very conveniently at the center of the town. The main square is just one or two blocks away. There are some good restaurants on the same street. The building is historical, you can find its blueprints at Sundsvall Museum.

Security from restaurant should be looked at. We were followed by a homeless, through the hotel. Was quire scary. Otherwise the hotel is fantastic

Just to say something, there was a little noise in the bathroom because of the ventilation, but it wasn’t that disturbing.

One of the best hotels we stayed in! Don’t miss it should you visit Sundsvall! Everything was perfect and breakfast was really a highlight!

The hotel is situated in the centre of the attractive city centre with easy access to everything. It has a classic yet modern feel with beautiful stairs, Cody lounges where you can feel the touch of history. We used a deluxe room which was excellent. Spacious room, clean and modern bathroom and beautiful views. I would recommend this hotel to anyone!

I slept very badly because it was impossible to turn off the very noisy ventilation in the room, which is completely not acceptable for a 4-star hotel. In the women's changing room for the sauna, there was no bench, just one little chair...

Great location in the city centre, even if there's not much to see in Sundsvall... Amazing entrance hall and the breakfast buffet was really good. A public parking is available very close to the hotel (ca. 5 min walk) and is free over the weekend

Small bed for a dubble room, very small room compared to our friends who booked an exakt same room. Our friends child got an bag with some snacks and drinks, when er checked in 15 minutes later our child got nothing..

French fries in the sofa... General feeling of low hygiene of the place (exception at the breakfast). The luck of service attitude at the reception. No one explained to us how to get comfortably to the hotel with a child stroller so instead we had to carry it on the stairs together with the luggage. Some of our baby food fell in the elevator on the first day of the stay and was still there next day. The card system i the elevator is not working properly. The flush i the the hotel room was constantly breaking.

Breakfast was nice and big choice of food. Staff at breakfast was very kind and friendly. Also the first impression of the lobby is very beautiful.

Cleanliness could be improved, also advise on maximum parking duration was incorrect. Especially on Saturday the breakfast area was very busy and noisy. Luckily there was a more quieter room closer to the reception.
