You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United KingdomThe reception area closed at 4pm but guests are told the front door code, and a key is left for them but a person to greet you is nice.
The room and bathroom were very large. We had seats to sit on and drink coffee in the room. Coffee and tea were left in thermos jugs in the Reception area for visitors to help themselves to, and there is a fridge in the room. There were lovely biscuits too. Breakfast was particularly good too.

GermanyThe facilities and overall appearance of the hotel is way below standard for the price and three stars rating. While the rooms are recently renovated in a modern Scandinavian style, the corridors and remaining attire look like 1970. The room doors need to be strongly pushed/pulled shut to prevent the alarm from going off constantly. The rooms have poor noise insulation. The breakfast hall only allows a fraction of the guests to be seated and staff was not restocking empty dishes.
The hotel is quite central and breakfast options are ok.

LatviaUnderground parking without height warning - very easy to get stuck or/and damage your car, super slow wifi, walls made from cardboard - you can easily hear your neighbors, curtains narrower that the window - too much street light in the room when you are sleeping, dirty cafeteria tables, floors, 1 hour before end of the breakfast almost everything is gone, there is bread, but no toaster, very poor and tasteless food selection, TV lagging - unwatchable
