Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Mexico- It was not the end of the word, but when you take a shower the water splashes around the majority of the bathroom floor and could be a bit messy.
- Well located. - We arrived late so the check in was well arranged from their side leaving the room key inside a safety box by the reception and being able to check out just by leaving the keys by the reception‘s desk (we paid for the accommodation in advance) - Nice free breakfast

Czech RepublicThe only unliked part... Was due to myself probably... It didn't dawn on me, that as outside it's so freezing, eventhough the hotel heating system was full time fully on... Well I think the room was at some 15-18 degrees... Which I am used to for sleeping, but for comfortable stay longer term within the day it's rather low for me. But as I am saying, they couldn't do more easily and the heating surely worked so...
The best were probably the breakfast :-) It's possibly because they aren't directly for the rather low cost "Hotel Naran", yet they are served at sisters "higher class" hotel .

Location is close to the station. If this is your means of transport then this is great. Breakfast is next door at another hotel which is highly rated for its breakfast. No complaints - the breakfast buffet at the other hotel was top quality. Room was clean. Shower was good. There was a nice lounge and there was a guest kitchen which I would generally associate with a hostel.

PolandWell, I came for a business travel and was very disappointed with poor internet connection. Also I'm used to having a hair dryer in the room, and this hotel did not offer one.
I liked how minimalistic and clean the hotel was. The bed was comfortable, so was the bed. The breakfast was amazing! I loved it!
