Evening shift were not helpful when I had an issue. One of the ladies was chilling on her phone in the kitchen whilst i was waiting at the front desk (I could see her on social media). This was quite frustrating but eventually she came out after a while, but said she couldn't do anything for me (they put me in a twin instead of a double). However, I went back first thing the next day, and the staff in the morning were very nice, super helpful and sorted out my room whilst I was away during the day. When i came back at night, i had a new room, and my stuff was still secured in the first room they gave me. Really appreciate the ladies in the morning who really did their job well.

Using the toilet was a little difficult due to it's location under a sloping ceiling, banged my head a couple of times. A spot of limbo helped!

Pleasant location, very quiet. Plenty of parking. The room was small but fine for a night. The WiFi worked very well. All front of house staff were very friendly. Excellent breakfast selection.

I was unfortunate to have a room facing the courtyard. I stayed on a Saturday night. Due to an arrangement in the restaurant there were kids playing in the yard untill past 22:30, which delayed my sleep :-) It was no big deal though and nothing I would hold against the hotel.

Nice place with a great restaurant. The room was a standard room with the normal equipment. Clean. Breakfast was buffet with a nice variety og food.

Relax area (sauna, hot tub) wasn't open on a Sunday - would have been good if this information was readily available instead of us having only found out once we got there. This was disappointing.

Staff were great, friendly and helpful. They were very accommodating and really made our stay much more enjoyable and easy. Breakfast was tasty, fresh and had lots of choice.

The location is not the best.

Excellent value for the money. If you bring small kids go for the sister hotel, mullsjo conference hotel. Car charger available very good breakfast incl. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Hotel restaurant was very good.

Very quiet location. Pet friendly on very affordable terms (only 150kr for the whole stay, charged for cleaning). Good breakfast and excellent dinners. Incredibly friendly, helpful, professional and flexible staff.

They drill something at 7-30 morning and cut the grass. It is unbelievable, i am at vacation... Also you can't eat at sunday, restaurant in Hotel is closed.

I'm a vegan, and still got well-prepared and very tasteful breakfast, lunch and dinner. All staff were service-minded and nice. And, I really liked the possibility to use the sauna.

Room was small for a family, and staff had left for the day by the time we arrived (after 17:00) so they had left keys for check-in, but did not arrange the cot we requested. So we had to share our bed with the baby that night. The room was very warm due to the summer heat, and there was no fan or air-conditioning. For almost 1800kr/night we expected something special, but it was very underwhelming.

Hotel building looks very pretty, breakfast offered a small but good selection in a very nice and spacious dining area. Kids loved the bunk beds. Rooms are clean.
