We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Nice rooms, comfortable beds, great shower. Tea and coffee facilities in the room as well as in reception. Good selection for breakfast. Felt more like a 4 star than a 3 star hotel. Although the hotel restaurant is not open for dinner during the summer there were plenty of restaurants very close by.

SwedenA very nice little hotel in the centre of Ulricehamn. We have been here several times, and like it very much. A welcoming staff, nice rooms and different places to sit down for a drink or just relax. The restaurant, that was reopened, was really good. The breakfast couldn't be better. All the staff are so friendly and helpful. We will absolutely come back again.

NorwayNice old hotel with no service. No dinner restaurant. The reception staff adviced me to climb down the stairs to a lake side restaurant for dinner, but it was closed on Mondays! Big disappointment. So I had to stroll along the streets until I hit a hamburger shop. Not very convincing reception staff, lot of loose talks, no content, they were not aware which day of the week the were operating in! I asked if I could load my hybrid BMW 225 with 7 kWh at 10A from the normal Shuko plug in contact where I had parked, but the male servant said this was impossible and those plug in contacts were for their Christmas lightening only! In Norway these plug in contacts are fully legal and perfect for charging environmental friendly hybrid cars like mine with 10A. He offered me an alternative to move to the another parking lot where I could charge my car for the little sum om SEK 450. I needed 7 kWh for a price 15 - 20 SEK, and so I told him that I had of course to turn down his ridiculous expensive offer.

SwedenWe booked this hotel as it was advertised with a in-house restaurant. This was not the case and it was a very basic set up w 1 microwave oven in reception. Ok hotel but really not worth the amount charged.
Breakfast was rather disappointing, quite basic. The location was good. The rooms where ok. View lovely. Showers really great!
