It was nearly 30 degrees in the room. One little fan was not enough. Very hard to get any sleep.

We could here dogs in the room next door, so it’s not very good sound isolation.

It did not meet the expectations for the price we paid. Apart from location, this was a pretty standard "nothing special" hotel. The room was small (but ok that's fair, it's old). Bathrooms are old and shower curtain a bit gross. No AC, but as someone who grew up in Sweden I know this isn't common in the country. But since we were on the ground floor with window out to the road we couldn't leave the window open over night or any time we left. This made the room unbearably hot and not fun to sleep in!

Couldn’t get a double bed on short notice, which is understandable, but who are these psychopaths that book a room and have two separate beds?!? Says on Booking, that there’s a wellness center?

the location right outside the most popular part of the city, next to a large garden. Staff was enormously helpful and breakfast especially good. Cozy building and the hotels garden was a perfect place to chill after the day.

The breakfast is not fancy but good enough, but the cleanliness can be improved. The trays and cutleries could have been at least clean and dry. You expect that with the price.

The location is perfect, the building is very pretty with a cozy Gotlandic vibe, and the staff being very friendly and easy to communicate.

Hotel had a flood so we had to eat breakfast outside. This wasn’t their fault but they didn’t mop it up regularly so we were walking through puddles to get our breakfast - slippy/unsafe. Lovely room in converted stables - very steep stairs - only Velux windows so no view out at all. Everything else was very nice and good bathroom with good Rictuals toiletries

Great location close to green space, Botanical Gardens and sea. Easy hotel parking with minimal driving within city walls - roads not too thin !

My back and the beds didn't get along to well. A bit hard to find the hotel by car. The streets around are very narrow.

Great location close to the center of Visby but still very quiet. Possibility to park the car. Beatiful and large room. Well prepared for our dog. A perfect breakfast. And finally a very nice staff.

Window hard to open. Bed lights inadquate for reading. TV (although apparently brandnew and logged in) never worked - a pity for the missed EM finals! No space to put toiletries or hooks to hang anything in the bathroom. Considering that two people were staying, it was a bit crowded.

The situation of the hotel is unique! The room newly restored and nicely furnished. The staff was very nice - even a surprising reception in Swiss German! The breakfast was good and in spite of the corona restrictions went smoothly.

We sleept there two diffrent nights. The last night the bed was supernice The first night one of the beds was worne out./to soft. I didnt sleep well. It was 512 the right bed.

- Would have been nice to receive information on how to navigate to hotel due to road closure (Nordeväg), which made gettibg to the hotel very difficult - Spider on ceiling of our room - Spiderwebs and dust on lamps in breakfast area
