No toilet facilities in the room. No window and no A/C made the room stuffy and hard to sleep in.

The hotel was easily accessible from Arlanda Airport.

The room was compact but perfect for a couple of nights, with a lovely comfy bed and the shower was excellent. We had an issue with the key card to get back in at night and subsequently were locked out for around an hour until someone from the hotel came to let us in, as the hotel is not manned at night or past 11ish at night. This was highly stressful as my medications, which are time-specific, were in the room, and I suffered due to not being able to gain entry. We were actually booked to stay for three nights, but due to the issue with the door and being locked out, we left a day early and booked in somewhere else, as we didn't want to chance being locked out again. The morning we left, there was no reception staff to help us discuss a refund for the night we were going to miss despite us leaving around 8 a.m. and during the breakfast sitting. The waitress told me to leave my details and room number and that she would get someone to contact us, but they never did.

Although the room service was going to come after the end of our stay (which was stated in the bathroom), it would be nice to have bigger trash can, or some place to get rid of the trash.

The staff was really nice and helped us with everything. The rooms were cosy and the beds were pretty comfortable, even the rollaway bed, which was surprisingly good. The breakfast was nice.

Don't get me wrong, it is ok for overnight stay but not more than that. Everything looks old and used and it for sure required renovation. Room is really small, from the pictures you expect it ti be slightly bigger. I got only one big towel and no hand towels

the room without window had also no air condition or something to give air exchange. there was only one lady who had to do the check out and take care of the breakfast for around 30people therefore the breakfast was not fully filled with everything

Only one towel in the bathroom. No towel for the hands/face neither the feet as a courtesy when going out the shower. Water from the shower going all over the bathroom, not nice.

Room air ventilation was working poorly so room fellt very hot and dry. Everything else was ok.

The whole place is just a bit dated. The room size is tiny for the price you pay (small room).

The location is excellent if traveling with a car. Even though you're right next to the street, the sound of the road is minimal. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

The 2-personbeds are only 1,40 mtr. That is way to small. Expectet at least 1,60 beds. In rooms without window there is no airrecluation, no fresh air at al or possibility to cool down. It was like 30 degrees (outside it was 5 dgr). Breakfast. Only real fresh bread was cheece buns. Otherwhise slices bread wich are like dry if they are old.

Easy to check in, even late evening. Quit. Easy location. Friendly staff.

It is perfect to stay if your purpose is shopping or stay over night for a long journey. Breakfast is rich and descent. Super location for car trip.

When I was looking a room for 4 persons , 2 adults and 2 grown up children, this was offered to me. But there wasn't additional bed, there were only 3 beds, and there weren't enough space to lay, the bed wasn't enough wide . It was extremely inconvenient and I had a backache.

There were tasty breakfast, the staff are polite, there are convenient process to get in your apartment if you arrive later. Clean in the room.

There was a failure of the fuse in the middle of night which causes that there was no more electricity. Since we left early in the morning and had already showered it wasn't an issue for us.

Easy parking. Wifi worked well. Room isn't that big but enough for two. We didn't had breakfast as we had to leave each time before. Showers was good.
