We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

SwedenThe floor in the spa is too slippery to use the slippers given. That is a bit of a liability for the hotel that you might want to think about. Even with bare feet, people were slipping a lot. The breakfast was great! The room was great except that the beds separated all the time. It would be a good idea to have some kind of latch to keep them together.
I thought that the view was spectacular! Amazing!! I loved the hotel, all the furniture and hanging chairs made it feel very special and cool to be there. The staff checking in were all very friendly and interested in making our stay the best. The spa is very nice. I loved my stay and have told many friends that they need to go there.

NorwayIt was hot during the summer and there was no air flow in the room. We stayed for 3 nights and our room was never cleaned. We have to go to the reception to ask for new towels and bedsheets and we do the change of bedsheets by ourselves.
I like the view. Swimming pool, hot and cold tubs are OK.

I I loved the price, location, friendly staff. Facilities especially the spa, loved the buffe,the rooms were clean, fresh carpets. The interior design is soo beautiful, bedding so comfy and comfy. It's a place away from home way more luxurious and feels like home for a perfect get away.

SwedenWonderful views over Sollefteå from your room. Everything had a very high standard and the breakfast was great. We ate dinner as well which was surprisingly cheap. Skiing starts just outside the hotel door.
