Furniture in the room was very Ikeaish. The room had been renovated, but without the electric wiring chased in to the walls, so it brought down the aesthetics, such a shame.

Breakfast was fabulous, everything spotlessly clean. The lobby and breakfast room work lovely.

Bathroom and lift were very small and cramped. I understand the lift was due to limitations of the old building, but the bathrooms could possibly have been expended or had the layout changed to be more comfortable. I had to sit sideways on the toilet as there was insufficient room for my knees in front of the toilet.

Hotel was beautifully decorated, rooms were of a good standard; clean, modern, and with all the amenities I expected. I only spoke to 2 members of staff but both were friendly and polite.

The street is a bit noisy and the elevator is very small but fun.

If we were really nitpicking, the bathroom was a little bit small and the toilet was very close to the wall. Nowhere to really put your toiletries but not a huge issue! The lift is tiny and can only fit one person plus luggage so just be mindful if you are travelling with large suitcases.

The hotel is in a great location and close to an airport bus drop off / pick up. The hotel itself is super modern and nicely designed. Our room was super spacious with lovely tall ceilings and had plenty of room for large luggage. Free drinks / snacks downstairs was a nice extra. Room was ready when we arrived so we were allowed to check in a few hours early which was much appreciated after a day of travelling.

I was not a fan of the 2 person lift. I understand it’s an old hotel but it would have been better having something a little bigger. Also having the breakfast close down early during the week was inconvenient. I picked this hotel because breakfast was included. We missed out one of the days because we were not aware they cleared up so early during the week. It should be open until at the very least 10:00am every day.

I loved that it was a smaller more personal hotel. The breakfast was delicious. And the staff were VERY helpful

Walls are paper thin. On the second night I could hear the person in the next room snoring as if they were right next to me. The family walking around upstairs also felt like they were in the same room at times. Bring ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper!

Staff were amazing, made me feel welcome the second I walked through the door. Decor was super cute and cosy. My single room was small but perfect for my needs. I stayed only 2 nights but felt at home here.

The only thing we didn't like was the size of the bathroom. It was too narrow. A cubical instead of a curtain would be better for the shower.

The room was of good size and very clean. The breakfast was very delicious. The day we checked out, our train was in the early morning. Usually, the breakfast starts at 7 am, but they allowed us to have breakfast anytime after 6 am on the day we checked out as our train was early in the morning. THANK YOU for that:)
