Location was super great. Restaurents, grocery, bus stop, train station very close. Malls very near. Great location staying with kids specially.

The mugs in the room and in the restaurant are both not practical. They are too small and without a handle, it’s too hard for you to hold them for a hot drink. I wonder why they didn’t consider this?

One of the jacuzzi was not working.

Hotel wad very central, staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good! The spa area was also a good plus to our stay.

The carpet on the 5th floor especially near the lifts would need some attention as it looks rather worn out.

Everything from the reception staff (Theresia and Elias were amazing! thank you both for everything!), the facilities, the food at the restaurant, the room, all exceeded my expectations. Staff was very friendly, professional and always happy to help. The food at the EGO restaurant had lots of variety and quite tasty. The room was clean, comfortable and I mean it when I say it was very spacious (see attached picture). Bathroom was huge and had a bath tub which is a luxury in itself already nowadays. Location is excellent! The hotel is very central, right on a long shopping street packed with shops, restaurants, shopping malls, atms, pharmacies, etc. It is also very close to the train station (should you want to visit the surroundings - the landscapes are just spectacular).

Parking area is very small and tight, beside I had no problems there, it is not easy.

Front desk team very nice and kind. Location is perfect as it is in the heart of Luleå. Breakfast is also very good beside take time to replace some items on the table and remove used cutlery from last guests.

Due to road cleaning at 4:30 morning was pretty noisy and according to staff it is just during winter time and maybe not very often. So maybe my bad luck.

The breakfast room is dark. There is no choice for a cappuccino, uou have ro pay extra and there is also no fried egg as a choice.

The room we were given was big with comfortable.beds. Th receptionist was very friendly.

well located in the centre of Lulea, just a few minutes walk from the train station whwre we arrived and from the bus stop to the airport. Friendly and efficient staff. All went well.

Carpet looked dirty on the corridors and worn out in the room. Bathroom door was very difficult to open or close fully, like door was too tight.

Easy location to drive in with a nice parking facility. Very friendly staff and happy to help. The first the bastu was off when we used spa but next morning the receptionist said they will check it out. She also looked for us information regarding of the attraction that we wanted to check out.
