We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe room was extremely hot snd could not ajust the thermostat. We asked for a fan and the front desk said they had no more. Teens were partying outside well after 2am and we had to shut our window to not hear their music and laughter, talking noise, but then we could not get cooled off because the room was very hot!!! The whole hotel was HOT inside. I would have went down stairs to complain about the teens but we were on the 4th floor and would hsve had to walk down fhe hall, down the elevator and I was tired.

SwedenBreakfast sucks. The room was cold, not really prepared. The bathroom was even colder. A slow type 2 destination charger for EVs costs 30,- euros for kinda 3 hours - a great nuisance. Breakfast sucks - I thought it is worth to mention it twice.

Italywe went to the restaurant and they delivered two wrong and cold courses. when asked to bring the correct dishes, we were told that they had run out and unfortunately the kitchen was already closed .... we couldn't even eat pizza! the pizzeria closes at 22.00 and we asked for it at 22.06!

SwedenCompared to other hotels in other cities in Sweden with less stars we felt like we didn’t get what we paid for. Our first impressions were positive - lobby is really nice (and smells amazing) - but our room wasn’t as expected. Despite being tastefully decorated it felt extremely narrow and dark. Bathroom is nice but not the most practical. The main door didn’t seem sound insulated. All in all we had a good nights rest but we didn’t feel like it was money well spent. Note: we traveled with our (medium) sized dog and therefor paid extra for our room.
It’s well located with a great view. The building itself looks dated but is nicely finished / refurbished inside. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Beds are exceptionally comfortable.

United StatesThey failed to inform us that their spa was fully booked. So we spent money and drove for hours to visit a spa hotel that wouldn't allow us to use their spa. They should inform you of this when you book. And if it is fully booked, you should be able to cancel your reservation.

SwedenThe reception was a little bit cold. A receptionist should be friendly and with good mood but the reverse was true when I checked in and checked out. The other thing is that the check in time is late and checking out is early. I have stayed in several 5 star hotels before and check in is usually 2 pm and check out is 12 at the latest. But the rest was okay for me except these 2 things.
Breakfast was so great with many varieties. The location is so great with the view and all. It was raining during my stay but I am sure it would be extraordinary in sunny whether or winter day time.

GermanyOur room had windows to a corridor on the side of the hotel building. The corridor had several loudspeakers blasting crappy music almost until midnight. This even there was no-one in the corridor to listen to it. We asked twice if the music could be turned down or off. The staff said the hotel is not responsible for it and asked US to contact someone from the adjacent property. - Room was pretty hot even the outside temperature was around 16 Celsius. - No measures were taken to ensure covid-safety.

NorwayWe were given a room with just a window to a corridor. With no warning. In the booking it said “view to inner courtyard”. It was the only room available, but calling it a “courtyard” was a gross misrepresentation. We could not change it, and we got no apology, so this was extremely disappointing.
