Value for money, helpfull staff, very good breakfast

The room was extremely hot. We were disappointed with the breakfast. There’s a lot of choice, but only if you really like cheese and meat. We found that it was not tasty. I think they serve mainly low budget industrial products.

Good location, friendly helpful staff and clean. Although the building seems old, the bathroom was modern (recently renovated?).

Room not on the 4 star hotel level and was obviously not redecorated or refurbished for long time. For example, non matching furniture, chairs, table, bed, bedside cabinets all from different ages and different in appearance. At least 20 years old wall papers, windows in poor condition, no fridge/mini bar in the room, practically no wardrobe. At the end it is quite bad value for money. I was in the same hotel two years ago and paid half (!!!) the price I paid now. Paying 85 Euro than was a good deal, paying 170 Euro now for two years older room in poorer condition is very bad.

Top location, hotel in the nice old building with a character, plenty of space, really nice and helpful staff. Spacious and well decorated lobby and sitting area. Well equipped gym.

The whole ambiance of the hotel is good, you feel welcome. The Rooms.are clean and tidy. The restaurant is at an high leven and the breakfast is also very good. You can park under the hotel.

Only backdraw was the birds in the few trees at the square outside the windows making a lot of noise! Luckily, they were silent during the night, but woke us up in the morning as well.

Walls were thin enough that I could hear conversations next door. Shower water pressure was only ok.

The people were great! Location was perfect. Enjoyed the restaurant for dinner & buffet for breakfast. Bed was comfortable & room was warm enough (appreciated that small heater!)

A very attractive hotel in the town square. The check in was easy and no wait. the room was smaller than I expected and had two twin beds rather tan a double which is what I expected. It was decotated nicely and the the shower room as a good size. There were no tea or coffeemaking facilities in the room and coffee was not readily availible in the lobby. ( a little dissapointing). The breakfast was good with plenty of choce. The lobby and restaurant were decorated to a high standard and the staff were very pleasant.

No parking places available under the control of the hotel. Only public parking is available. During business hours it is tricky to find a parking slot. An agreement with a car park would be an advantage for the guest with cars. This would avoid the hassle with parking permits and tickets from the parking securities.

The hotel was nice and clean, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast was really good. We forgot something at the hotel and the staff offered immediately to send it to us, wich we were very grateful for.

I can’t come up with something, the only issue is with booking.com not communicating that there are extra costs because of us having to pick/get a dog room. If there was an option this would be better because then we could book a dog room right away and wouldn’t be surprised by the 300kr + extra costs for a doggie room

Very kind staff, funny coincidence that we had a Dutch waiter! They were very understanding about our situation (we got stuck because of our car being broken). They were so sweet for the doggies with dog beds and bowls. The food was amazing! Everything was very clean and the rituals products were very pleasant and smell so nice! This place is definitely worthy of 5 stars :)

Very nice staff, spotless rooms, central location. Breakfast buffet is perfectly acceptable. I usually stay here for any destination in northern Skåne, even if outside Hässleholm.

Hässleholm is not a super charming city, but that’s obviously not the hotel’s fault…

Delicious breakfast, nice room and beautiful building. The best was the staff, always happy to help. We got a place to store our bikes during the night and a kettle in the room to drink our evening tea. Great service!

No parking on the premises

Breakfast was amazing - variety and quality as well as fun with the kids table, the room up front for kids to play: they had so much fun dressing up and with the toys. Stylish interior and nice choices all around. Great focus on sustainability

Amazing place for absolutely low price. Room: size ok, clean. Cool restaurant. Great breakfast. Very nice staff. No parking... But, just few steps from main entrance there is a street parking that is free from 1800 to 0900. 🙂
