We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

FinlandNo complaints, except perhaps that there was no way of changing room temperature, or at least I couldn't find it. Although, I don't think this has worked in any hotel where I've been to, so it's not really a minus.
Everything was great about this hotel, highly recommended! But especially location, furniture, value and breakfast.

DenmarkThe staff at the Lobbybar wasn’t just inpolite but directly rude! Bad attitude and not at all service minded. A fully booked running restaurant is not an excuse for stressed staff and bad attitude - on the contrary they should be happy they have customers. The other staff were sweet and inviting. All concluded we won’t visit again.

SwedenThe nearest parking structure was a block away, although it was an off the street parking with good security, so this is a very small thing really. It was not hotel parking either, but at a cost of about 110 kr for 16 hours of parking, it is really a minimal cost.
Absolutely lovely hotel, very modern with probably one of the best breakfast buffets we have ever enjoyed. Huge choice of both hot and cold food and in a very nice dining room as well. An extra benefit was to have The Bishop's Arms pub/restaurant right next door, as we arrived on a late Sunday afternoon and a great many restaurants in the area are closed on Sundays and we were not in the mood for kebabs or pizza. They also paid a lot of attention to the ongoing problems with Covid-19. Lots of space to move freely, notices as well about keeping distance, especially in the lifts, and very visible, numerous and well-marked bottles of hand disinfectant. We will definitely come back again.
