Only issues I encountered (think from reviews this is common) is that the wifi & tv in my room did not work which was frustrating but not a deal-breaker as I wasn’t there much.

Super friendly and helpful staff, really well designed and clean hotel in great central location - good transport links nearby and less than 10 minute walk to the central station. Would definitely stay here again!

However, we missed having slippers in the room, and it was inconvenient that there were no storage systems and a table in the room. It's worth mentioning the issues with the drain in the shower, causing the entire floor to get flooded. The internet was weak, which was also a drawback.

We stayed at this hotel over the weekend and were pleased with its location. It is just a few minutes' walk from the train station, making our arrival convenient. Additionally, the hotel is situated in city center, allowing for quick access to major attractions. The hotel's lobby left a pleasant impression: stylish design, a cozy atmosphere, and the option to grab a fresh coffee and a snack made our stay even more enjoyable. As for the room, it was cozy and clean. The bed was comfortable, and there were plenty of mirrors in the room, which we liked. We were also impressed by the overall aesthetics of the hotel.

the wifi was really bad in the room. and the chromecast was very bad. could not stream anything without pixelated stream. the TV had no TV channels. so it was quite boring with no entertainment. i should have complained.

location location location! right in the city. but very quiet and nice neighborhood. everything is new in the hotel. the staff is super friendly. loved the simple breakfast:)

Amazing location at walking distance of the city center. The hotel is nice, modern and simple. The rooms are great and have all you need and the time there was great. Also a nice place to get your first coffee of the day downstairs

The newest self-checkin system seems to be a little inconvenient, mostly because of the weird keyboarding mechanism on the touch screen.

Having never stayed in a Scandic before and having seen other reviews I wasn’t expecting too much, just a budget hotel. But this place really exceeded my expectations. When we booked it was still just a Scandic, but at some point changed to a Scandic Go. No breakfast was then on offer but we were told that in advance and received a partial refund for that. We didn’t miss the breakfast as there are so many fantastic Stockholm breakfast spots on your doorstep. The rooms seemed recently refurbished with modern and clean bathrooms. Rooms are relatively small but all you needed. Clean and comfortable. We were even able to open the upper windows in our room which a lot of hotels don’t allow - there is no air con so this was helpful. Very helpful reception, we actually had 2 separate bookings as booked a few nights and then added another on later. They were really helpful in connecting the bookings so we kept the same room. Cafe in reception is also handy for any quick food you might want without venturing out. There is also a water filling station. Also lockers for storing bags. Overall we were very impressed especially for the cost. City centre location, very close to all attractions.

A bit expensive for 1 one and one person, but for partners travelers should be very good. And older people would probably have issues with the checkin and check out process.

The staff at this location were exceptional! Very understanding of first time travelers to the area. Staff was accommodating with requests. Location was pretty good <10 min walk from central station. Value was great for area.
