My only complaint is that the mattresses were very firm and uncomfortable. However, the pull-out couch was very comfortable, so I still got a good night's sleep. Also the website did not make mention of the spa or that you needed to reserve it, so we were unable to use it

The location was beautiful and the boat was very clean and modern. A full kitchen and very nice bathroom! Lots of interesting places right around the area as well.

The location is in the middle of an industrial area, and there is not much to be done within the immediate surroundings. Nothing can be changed about this; it is nothing to worry about, as the area is fenced off and closed at night. But one should not expect to be living in a quiet residential area. :-)

Modern, clean and comfy House-Boat. Enough room for three. Very friendly owner. Good Wifi. We felt at home right from the start. Free street parking available, depending on conditions. We felt secure. With scooters, car or public transport, the city can be experienced quite easily from the location. Loved it.

The marina is in an industrial area. The setting did not match up with what we were expecting. When we checked in, we were told the gate code was different than what was on the information on the boat, however, we were not told that the WiFi sign in information was also changed. Once we were able to sign in, the internet was very slow.

Tap water in sink, wash hand basin and shower was boiling hot, it is perhaps possible to adjust on boiler, but we did not know how. Location good if you arrive by car, but not ideal if you want to walk to the town center.

We liked the idea staying overnight at houseboat, interesting view over marina, easy parking on street (free). Tiny cabin, but comfortable, clean. Little terrace with seating in front and on the roof was great! Would stay again and recommend it.

..the weather.. :-)..it could have been better. But due to the comfortable houseboat it was a pleasure to chill in the cozy shelter and to look simply out of the windows, to watch the harbour and to listen to the sound of the wind and rain!

Location - it is far from the city. It looks close on the map but is on the wrong side, so in order to get to town without driving, it is a 15-minute walk to the local train that goes to town.

For four people the houseboat was a bit too small. And the surrounding neighbourhood wasn't great, it felt a bit unsafe.

Accommodation had been great. Nice view into the marina, surprisingly warm during winter with a soft relaxing swing. Staff had been exceptional, offering an excellent service. The district Ringön provides an exciting atmosphere of an industrial port yet with good restaurants/bars nearby.

One of the best bookings I had. The boat is equipped with everything you need and the value for money is top notch. Location, but I knew that before booking. 35min walk to central station and 25min walk to closets tram. Few restaurants in the area but they were closed over the weekend. Thank God for uber and uber eats

Incxredible feeling to sleep on a boat, with view over the water from each room. The staff is very helpfull and friendly. We went to a local brewery recoomended by the host, it was one excellent experience. Rooms were very clean and warm, despite outside temperature were freezing. Im looking forward to book in the spring or summer, so i can enjoy the open upper deck.

Location a wee bit out of the way but doable. Bit tricky to book and not cheap but worth the money.

Unique and really tranquil. Comfortable units with easy access. Staff were relaxed and friendly. Definitely would stay there again.
