We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Denmarkthe food just isn’t on par with the beautiful scenery and architecture of the hotel. there was a slight mismatch there that just was a shame. also one of us was vegan and it requires quite a lot of convincing to get the kitchen and/or staff to accommodate (even though we had investigated with the hotel prior to booking that it would be vegan friendly).

Stunning location, on the top of a small mountain with a panoramic view on pristine forests of Lapland! Very cozy and comfortable cabin located on the edge of the cliff! Luxury spa area with hot tub, a sauna with exceptional view and a bar with fresh beers and wine! Delicious and copious breakfast on Sunday.

SwedenIf anybody who are sitting in a Whilechair want to visit the Huts then they can't do it......Maybe they will build out for them.
It was totally fantastic. It was much better than we had expectations of. Something very beautiful to wake up to. I recomend everybody who has never been to this area to take a chance to visit it.

SwedenThere are a couple of things you should know when making a reservation: 1. Not all cabins have a nice view, so make sure you get a nice one. 2. Some of the staff are not properly trained for working in the service sector (e.g. inform guests about changed rules in the spa before they arrive - that our 10 year old suddenly was not allowed; give people a cabin with nice view immediately if you have such cabin that are empty etc.) 3. The restaurant is very noisy.

RomaniaWell, there are many things that can be improved. First, if you have heavy luggage, there is a huge problem as you have to climb many many and even more stairs to reach your cabin from the parking and reception. We asked for help and they informed they do not have this service, even for extra payment. This is NOT 4 stars! Breakfast was basic, can say poor. But don't get me wrong, for 1-2 days you have plenty to eat. We do expect more fruits and vegetables. Especially when at 2 meters distance they have this fantastic berries, healthiest in the world, just need to care a little, pick and offer. Another big big problem - there is no window, just a small one on the bathroom. If you want fresh air, not AC, that's why we came to the mountain, you can just keep the door open. An that's where disaster occurred, we "received" 13 mosquitos that made noise and bite all night. Can prove the number because we spend whole night and morning hunting them ... When we asked at the reception and restaurant, people where aware and even had a device. Why did they not asked us if we need one? After 17 there is no reception, so had nobody to ask during night. A net would very useful for the doors at least during June-Sep.
Location is fabulous. The houses/lodges are very well placed, with wonderful view. Also, if you climb for 5 minutes inside the property the cliff is fantastic. we also love wild berries and there are plenty during this period end of July - begin of August Most probably sauna and Jacuzzi are nice but we believed they are too expensive, especially after we had sauna in all the accommodations in Finland included in price, much bigger, fancier and less expensive. Winter can also bring lot of potential, with activities in the 200 m center near the resort.
