Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

What an amazing hotel, especially for families. Staff are really friendly, the decoration is so unique, food is great and a very good location, close to Liseberg Park, world of volvo and universeum. It also has good access to the city centre by public transport.

SwedenIt wasn't a problem for us as we were there with children but the hotel is geared up for small kids so literally every room has a young family in it with kids everywhere.
The staff were simply amazing, from check in to check out. We had an early start so they prepared breakfast bags for us at 6am, we were able to use the conference room (we had 10 bedrooms), we were able to check out a little later than 11 with no extra cost. Every single contact with the hotel was excellent.

The location of the hotel is great. It is ideal for families, great to have rooms that accommodate 2 adults and 3 kids. My kids loved the slide and carousel and all the staff were really friendly. Great buffet breakfast too.

IrelandAs we entered the entrance, we wowed and loved the place from the moment. The decos were very tasteful, not only for kids, but for adults. The family room was very practical, which is very rare to find. If you are visiting Gothenburg, this could be one of the places to visit, just for the experience.

Hotel very quirky and certainly " curious". Helpful staff, really clean and amazing breakfast buffet Lovely roof top bar with views across the city. Carousel inside and a cinema . Well equipped gym.New waterpark opening this year. Good links to the city and local attractions, all easily accessible walking or via the trams.
