The air ventillation in the room is very loud for good sleep. It is a pity. The breakfast-in-a-bag is not a bad idea, but a geater care of packing would be needed: we accidentally got only 1 portion of breads for 2 persons, instead of 2 portions...

It's quite far from the center,

Breakfast was OK, there was no buffet table because of covid, room was big and comfortable, neighbourhood was quiet, though I stayed in the weekend.

The hotel pre-packages the breakfast in doggy bags, which creates a lot of waste. Guests are asked to order the breakfast in advance. My order was not considered at all and I only received a very, very limited amount. When I asked them to double check their order system for the next morning, I did not receive any reply and the breakfast was minimal again on day two. Very poor and disappointing service. In addition to that, I received an "upgrade" of my room. It was essentially the same room, perhaps a bit more spacious. Unfortunately, the new room was on the ground floor directly facing the construction site to the side of the hotel. Work began before 7 am and needless to say, sleep ended then. I am also still waiting for someone to send me an invoice for my stay. Did not encounter any human staff while I was there. Everything is communicated (or rather not communicated) through messages/emails.

Breakfast is extremely poor. At this price other Hotels have continental breakfast. Staff only via telephone which is acceptable for some but others may find it irritating. There was a middle aged pair who couldn't understand how they lock their door despite having received an email with instructions.

Clean locale. Staff nonexistent. Very poor breakfast.

Only 1 towel and 1 single duvet. Aparently there was a second pair in a box on a shelf. A bit strange when you book for 2. We filled in the form for breakfast. Didn’t get what we ordered whatsoever. All different food. Nobody to talk to.

The breakfast service was so strange to have to pre-order and then I never wasted that much disposable plastic containers for a two days stay! And it is funny that every where mention about environment and the way they serve the breakfast not at all environmental!

The room was big and had comfortable bed, with big window. It was clean and location wasn't quite central but functional for me as it was close to both Linköping University and the hospital that I had some meetings there. It was great to have an access code so not be dependent on reception desk.

1. No sideboards to the bed.. Meant had to put mobile/watch/ other stuff on the ledge on the top of the headboard. 2. Chromecast did not work on our TV and no written instructions in the room on how to make it work - could find some other TVs on our device but not our TV. So a big TV but no services - useless in my view! Watched stuff on my iPad instead. 3. A bit cold in the room and bathroom.

1. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. 2. No staff so could check in/out when we needed to (5:30 am for us) 3. Wonderful building with military history.

This place felt like a hostel because it didn’t have a reception. A lady called me before she left for the day to check I had the door code. I arrived after dark and it was hard to find the front door. The ad on booking.com said there was a microwave and a minibar IN the room . There wasn’t . I called and messaged the property for an hour with no response before realising the “coffee and tea” information meant you had to go to the next level to a communal kitchen to find the microwave etc. I have heard nothing from the property since staying -only to leave a review . There is strange decor , with two huge photos of men that stare at you from the wall when you are in bed. The Tv was confusing to use and seemed to have hardly any shows on it even with the Apple TV that you have no option but to use. This place was well presented but not worth the price.
