How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

the staff were all lovely and super helpful with everything! also great hotel for such a cheap price and great public transport options and you could get a ride to stockholm-arlanda airport by the hotel! would stay again!

There was a heater in the room, but no fan or AC, and the window could not be opened, meaning the area was poorly ventilated. Also, my bed light was loose.
Close to the airport, free shuttle was great, very clean and quiet, good location.

The room was hot and there was no ventilation for it. The way to cool down was to use a fan. The towel was not very good. Everything was super clean!
Having a free shuttle from and to the airport is amazing. The staff was nice and the hotel was super clean. It was super quiet and you could buy food/beverages in the hotel. The price was good for a reservation on such short notice. They have a space where people can work.

I wasn’t bothered and slept deep, but if you are sensitive to noise, be aware that you may hear noise or conversations from other rooms around.
Very close to the airport, with a great and flexible service, clean room, comfortable bed the perfect place to stay overnight between two flights.

The hotel staff was very helpful. Shuttle bus from and to airport worked well and quickly. I stayed there for one night and it was perfect for me. Very close to the airport.

There are many bathrooms and toilets but not all of them work. Have to walk to another side were is far from the room.

The bunk bed structure was very noisy at the slightest movement: it's been really difficult to sleep. The coffee was awful and the sandwiches pretty bad too, and too expensive. Most of the shared showers and toilets were unavailable.

I didn't know single bed was so small. My mattress was not that great I was a bit cold, my duvet was somewhat smaller than I expected. Wasn't sure how to get heating up.

The bed is too narrow, even for a single, and the mattress is uncomfortable. I was surprised to find that there is no wardrobe in the room. Regarding the shuttle service for airport pickup, I messaged the provided number before my flight, but no one checked it, and there was no pickup. It was disappointing to see that my message went unread. The location of the shared toilets and showers could be improved. Especially for light sleepers, the sound of guests banging toilet or shower doors, as well as their own room doors, can significantly disrupt sleep quality.
It is really close to the airport, offering a couple of reliable options to get to the airport if your flight is very early or late. They provide a shuttle service to Terminal 4, which I find very considerate. Despite the below-zero temperatures outside, it was not cold inside. The staff were polite and helpful. As a bonus, there is a coffee machine that makes good quality hot chocolate for free. Although the turnover of customers is high, with people staying for just 1 or a maximum of 2 days, it was much cleaner than I expected. Overall, given the prices in and around Stockholm, it is a good choice for a very short stay.

Maybe the bed could have been slightly bigger as it was too narrow.
Everything was good. The airport shuttle was free and very convenient. The room was spacious enough for a single person and equipped with all the essentials. It was quiet and the rooms were soundproof. The bathrooms and the wash cabins were very clean and tidy. There was free coffee available in the lobby area.
