We received a different room than the one booked. I specifically chose a double room on the booking site, and on the spot it turned out that it was a twin with joined beds. The lady at the reception said that everything was already sold out and double room is only on special prior request. She agreed with me that it is stupid and nonsensical, since in the booking.com there is a choice between double and twin and nowhere is there information that such a request must be made. However, she did nothing to change this, one night cost 2500 SEK during the Eurovision period, I did not receive any compensation.

I like the breakfast and the rental bicycles! It took some time for us to travel from the train station, but the location is well-connected to different transportation, and many scooters are available too!

I don't think I can find anything I disliked about this hotel.

A nice, spacious room with equally spacious bathroom (I have stayed in rooms that were smaller than the bathroom here). Amazing breakfast! The location was perfect for me as I attended a conference in the university campus. And it's very close to the beach and there is an enormous hypermarket right across the street.

The only thing I could say which was a bother is the fact that the outside sliding door of the building got stuck halfway multiple times.

The breakfast was nice and never really overly crowded. Room service did their job well and checked multiple times a day. Overall the cleanliness of the rooms was quite good.

The beds were a bit small and soft, so turning around at night can feel a bit wobbly.

The room was spacious, clean, and came with amenities as coffee/tea even with lactosefree milk as well as shower gel/shampoo/lotion. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was exceptionally good. They offered everything from musli to cheese and cold cuts to fresh fruits to all parts of a full Irish breakfast.... and then the veggi version, too!
