The breakfast was delicious! Wide range of bread, cakes, eggs, bacon and more. The location is good close to tram and bus stations. The staff was kind and polite. The room was spacious as well as the bathroom.

I would have appreciated if the room housekeeping personnel was more attentive, some changed the towels daily and others haven't, also, they did not replace the vanity kits or soaps (for three people in a room is difficult to use the usual single small round soap). A thing I did not like was that a shaving kit or the slippers were only available at the front desk for a price, which I have not met before at a four stars hotel.

The hotel is located outside the touristic area, which is actually a good thing for those that don't necessarily like the city noise. It is very easy to get to the center by bus, and overall the public transport infrastructure is great. Good room, good breakfast, nice personnel at the front desk.

The hotel is well designed, the breakfast is awesome and super yummy, the shower water is strong, the bed is extremely comfortable , the environment is clean , staffs are friendly. The room temperature is comfortable. Easy parking .This is the best hotel that I have stay in these two 2 week.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. Amazing choice of gluten free products at breakfast. The room is clean, beautifully designed and well equipped with TV entertainment and dumbells for exercise.

I would have appreciated to have clean towels more often, but I do get that it is a waste of water.

The hotel was great, and the breakfast was always fabulous and rich. We choose to pay for the extra-large bed and we do not regret it as it was super confortable. We mainly joined the hotel from the tram station nearby, which was conveniant -even late at night- to go to the city center. There is also a bus station, just in case. We can't wait to come again. :)

The bed was too soft for my taste. There is some construction going on in proximity that makes it a bit difficult to reach after using public transportation.

The room was very clean and nice overall. The breakfast was nice, lots of different options to chose from. The location of the hotel is ok, pretty close to public transport

We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. I can confidently recommend this hotel to others. My husband and I liked everything about the hotel. The room was cozy with a nice design, spacious bathroom, and comfortable beds. The room had all the necessary amenities: a kettle, coffee, tea, a safe, and a refrigerator. We especially liked that there was a separate hanger for outerwear and a separate wardrobe for other clothes. The rooms were clean, and towels were changed daily. The breakfasts were delicious and varied. We ordered dinner at the hotel restaurant, and everything was tasty and reasonably priced. The hotel staff were very polite and friendly, gladly helping us to order taxis to the city center and the port, and also provided us with an early morning breakfast. We were very satisfied with the hotel's services, thanks.

It was written on the booking that the parking was free for the guests, but they asked for 185 kr per day. It should be free if you already pay that much amount of money for your stay.

- You have water to drink in room only when you arrive, we didn’t get new after cleaning, I was disappointed because in 4 star hotel I was expecting water in room everyday - Hotel wasn’t full, but they gave us a room with view for construction… on the opposite side there was city view - I think that they should give rooms from that side at first - nobody wants to see big construction - Next to the hotel there is a big construction so you can get to it on foot only from one side - we’ve had some trouble with finding way to the hotel after we’ve came to Stockholm - Getting to the hotel on foot is quite challenging because it’s situated on a big rock - Breakfast was tasty, but I would expect more hot and sweet options, it was good but nothing special - There wasn’t coffee machine! You could only have coffee from hot beverage dispenser… that was a big disappointment, especially in 4 star hotel

The accommodation was very difficult to access due to road renovations. Access from the bus stop was on a very poor quality road or a very long detour on another road. It would have been good to have some information from the accommodation to make the changeover easier to get to.

Accommodation apart from the approach is very super I can only recommend. Accommodation from the city centre by public transport is a bit of a hassle but not bad about 40-50 minutes from the city centre.

There is a lot of construction going on in the area. Therefore the view was not spectacular. And the hotel was a little hard to reach from the busstop. There a the long way that google maps shows you, and then the shortcut over a gravel footpath that the receptionist told us about. Not ideal, but we managed!

Perfect room for a family of four. Beds were extremely comfortable and the shower was amazing. Selection at the breakfast was more than sufficient. I also used the gym, which was equipped with everything you need for a good work out - all equipment seemed relatively new. The hotel is in 5 mins walking distance from a shopping centre, cinema and a number of restaurants.

The access to the closest bus or train stop is a bit tricky because of the ongoing works in the area but I guess that will be solved when the works are completed.

Big room for a family of 4 ( two girls aged 12 and 14 ) , rich breakfast , big parking space with a fair price , located in a nice city area close to the city center and public transportation.

Not the fault of the hotel, but beware of construction works so you have your walk through “a path”, quite dark in evening times, stumbled once

The location of the hotel is not so far from the city centre. you can reach by tram and metro as well as busses. It takes around 25 minutes to reach. The reception staff are kind and helpful and the room and bathroom were always clean. The hotel has a restaurant and the portions are big and the quality of the food for the dinner was good enough. We enjoyed what we ate every time. The breakfast is more than enough you can find many choices for your taste (vegan, vegetarian, etc.) and all of the goods are high quality. The Wifi was working well in every corner. You can find some meeting rooms if you have any meetings to join. In short, the hotel met our expectations.
