Room cleaning is on demand to reduce the environmental impact which I really appreciated, but when after a few days of our stay we did ask for the rooms to be cleaned, somehow it got forgotten. However, I must say that after I communicated this to the front desk, they did take action to correct this, and managed to clean the rooms by the end of the day. Another small thing to note is that in the family rooms, the ‘parent’s’ bed consists of two beds, not one large bed, so the beds kept moving apart during the night, which was a bit uncomfortable..

I loved everything about this place! The location, friendly staff, hotel design and the absolutely best breakfast ever! Additionally, the dedication of the hotel to reduce the carbon footprint of the hotel and operate in an environmentally friendly, sustainable way really deserves a special note! I would really love to see more hotels take these steps, as this aspect only made our stay more enjoyable! Really appreciated that the breakfast had vegan, gluten free and lactose free, environmentally friendly, diverse range of options!

Very kind and service-minded personnel in the reception and at breakfast. Many nice restaurants in the area. There are plenty of cheap parking places around the hotel (50kr/day). Many public transport options are just around the corner to get around the city. We were very happy with our stay again this time ❤️ We'll be back!

- no electrical outlets next to the bed - other hotel guests were very noisy at night

- nice hot tub and sauna in the wellness area, with a view of Gothenburg - comfy (but soft) bed - friendly and helpful staff - free tea and coffee in the lobby

Compared to 2019 the hotel has deteriorated a little, it needs new wallpaper in places. The hotel needs a concept of how to store their guest‘s e-bikes.

Weak WiFi signal, breakfast service needs improvement. A little inspection after the rooms have been cleaned would improve the guest experience.

Our room had not been properly vacummed (most likely not washed then as well), but the bedding and bathroom were clean. Beds were on the soft side, which I liked, but my partner was not a fan of. The breakfast room was very crowded and loud.

Enjoyed the location, great cafes in the neighborhood. Parking was available even though the Bookings website said there was no parking. Our room was spacious, and the breakfast buffet was super.

No coffeemaker or mini refrigerator. Also, the bar in the building was closed most of the time, as was the restaurant.

Very nice hotel, located in a very fancy area in a harbour. The hotel looks great, (it is a former factory so it has a very nice vibe) with lots of rooms, all very spacious and clean and nice. Breakfast was by far the best surprise with a laaaaarge option of choices of foods to chose from and laaaarge gluten free and lactose free options (including lactose free whipped cream 😍).

Bacon was way too crispy and the scrambled eggs were bland. Gym needs more simple stuff like dumbbells skipping rope. The bubble pool made way too much noise so we werent able to relax and enjoy ourselves.

Breakfast was a delight. A wide spread of different fruits meats drinks and dairy products. The shots and smoothies were very appreciated. Staff were extremely pleasent and helpful.
