My room was cleaned even though I hadn’t checked out, and my belongings, such as my toothpaste, toothbrush, and magazine, were thrown away. Despite all my bags still being in the room, indicating I hadn't checked out, no compensation was offered by the girl at the reception.

Not to have clean towels every day.

The welcome by the desk clerk/manager was extremely wonderful. We were told that we had a double booking via booking.com, but this was not communicated to us. With some detours, Richard ensured that the problem was corrected in no time. Thank you very much again. The rooms are big enough. Very good breakfast. Very clean. Friendly. Only good comments. Hotel is very close to transportation.

There is no fridge and minibar in the room. Also there is a very small closet in the room and only one chair.

The location was perfect. Right next to the train station. A big mall is also located next to the hotel. The breakfast was good. The room was big and the bathroom good, the shower expecially good. The staff was very nice.

Shower gel, shampoo, lotion, a bottle of water would have been nice in the room. The gym was crowded in the morning, a booking system for the equipment, like treadmills would be good.

The location is perfect, right across the train station.

The hotel rooms are really in need of some redecoration.

The rooms - at least mine - need to be redecorated. Breakfast and staff were excellent and the location suited me on a short business trip, but the surroundings are nicer in the city center.

We stayed during Eurovision, so there was a lot of noise due to loud music playing in the Hotel lobby late at night (which is 100% fine, because it was Eurovision), but we realized that our room was located on the only floor above the hotel lobby, and that all other rooms probably didn't have this problem, which was a bit of a pity.

The hotel is located in front of Malmö Arena, which is perfect in case you are staying to attend an event. The station is close as well. The staff was really, really lovely, and the breakfast selection was great as well. Overall a great stay.

The rooms generally felt very clean, however there was noticeable build up of dust around the edges (but not enough to bother me)

You have to request in the reception for the room to be cleaned up, as their first clean up is scheduled 4 days after arrival, which is super surprising.

Location is great (Hyllie is superwell connected to the city centre and the Kobenhavn airport). Room was nice and it was perfect to stay during Eurovision. The hotel team was probably the best part, they were super kind to upgrade our room when we encountered a bad smell in the one we were originally assigned (this was a exceptional thing that we did not observe for any other room). Breakfast is super nice with many different options.

Not so much facilities in the room. No electricity in the bathroom; which is itself a bit 'old', thin towels, no real closet with doors; airconditioning not to turn off.

Employees very kind, awesome breakfast (huge and fresh!) and the bed was very good!

It was clean, beds were comfortable, shower was was powerful, room was well equipped. Bar and restaurant area was really nice, and the breakfast choice was all encompassing. Staff were friendly and helpful. We totally enjoyed our stay.

The room was really basic with some signs of shabbiness already. What we really needed was a few glasses in the room and the sofa was a bit uncomfortable to sleep on.

The breakfast was fabulous. Of course the location is absolutely fantastic if you come to attend some event in the Malmo arena, there's a shopping mall nearby with a good choice of shops and restaurants inside. The staff was really helpful and nice.

The lock.on bathroom door was broken There was a note on the desk that said : Welcome Stratham. That's not me. Asked for a king-sized bed. Got to small ones instead.

The pillows are a bit hard and square.

Good for a stopover between Copenhagen Airport and Sweden, for travelers arriving late. Nice room, good size, no luxury but good standard. Good breakfast with a decent selection and good quality food.
