The room we stayed in was quite small, and the bed was unusually soft. The mattress topper tends to slide off the bed.

The location is excellent, being not only very close to the city center but also offering numerous transportation options. The breakfast was delightful, and the hotel was comfortably uncrowded.

I didn't like that I couldn't set the temperature in the room as desired, is not a choice because it's the same temperature everywhere. Also, the TV has only 15 channels, 14 in swedish and one in english, I think more channels would improve this. The restaurant hotel (excluding breakfast) it's really expensive and doesn't have many options.

The location is very close to everything in the city. The staff is very polite and everyone speaks english very well. The breakfast contains everything you would like for breakfast, extremely varied.

We stayed 4 days, in the last 2 days there was a pretty bad smell in the bathroom, from the pipes. There wasn’t any room cleaning during our stay.

I needed some standard painkillers, that I've forgotten. I asked the reception, they didn't have any to give out or sell. Not really a problem, there could actually be reasons not to supply those. Chemistry available in 15 minutes walking distance.

The included breakfast was excellent. So many choices, I would have liked to eat much more than I was able to. Staff was kind and helpful throughout. Room was nice, small if you wanted to stay in it for a longer time, but I just needed a bed for the night, and for that purpose it was nice, comfy and quiet.

The standard room is quite small. It appears different than on the photos. Alao there was no space for luggage and clothes (no cupboard). That was a disadvantage. Worst thing was that you could not open the window for safety reasons. Not eben a bit. Air wasn't really good. It was October amd luckily not hot. But it was annoying me. Probably one reason why I would not book again even if breakfast was fantastic.

Breakfast was the best about it. Really rich selection and good quality!!! The room was clean and modern.

Parking , you need to help people , parking is right out side your building and 4 people got tickets, cost me 145 euros, , I asked about oarking I was told to park there, but would not help me get a ticket , not good

That i could not open the windows, i understand that in sweeden there is a concept about economy of energy but i can not belive that somebody can live without opening the windows in the morning to smell fresh air.

No fridge in the room, windows were quite small and couldn't be open, but that's almost cherry picking.

The breakfast was the best I've ever had at any 3/4 star hotel and included local stuff like pickled herring, pickled veggies or various remullades (on top of the usual stuff). Room had a good view (12th floor), the bathroom was really nice and the rest of the room was quite nice, too! Beds were comfy. Superbly quiet. Walking distance (for us at least) to most of the interesting stuff in Malmo. Would stay at again.
