The only thing was that they did not refresh/clean the room unless you informed reception before 10pm the previous evening. it wasn’t a particular problem for us but it wasn’t clear. also there are not tea/coffee facilities in the room.

Our room had a window that was unable to open. So it got very hot, and it was not nice that we were not able to get fresh air. Even though the breakfast buffet was great, there were not enough/any people to clean out the tables from used plates. So when we came in the morning to find a free table, we could’nt, even though there was not filled up with people, but because the tables were filled with used cultry.

I would say big minus is bed. mattress is to soft and it is not fixed to the bed. so during the night it is moved from location and you can fall down.

the room is not sound proof, we could hear neighbors talking and TV/music, as well as cars on the street in the evening. there are three elevators, 1 was broken, 1 was decorated with scary Halloween darkness (not children friendly), only 1 worked normally for almost all guests (cuz not all adults want to take Halloween elevator either), there was quite some waiting time for taking elevator.

family room is really spacious with good facilities at children's height. Everything was clean and comfy. breakfast was more than expected! very central location, walking distance to triangle st. and city center, neighborhood has good cafe and restaurants.

The second bed where children supposed to sleep was awful. Should change them all. The folding bed creaked and was not comfortable at all.

My room no. 1015 on the 10th floor did not have a closet, just few hooks for outwear and 2 hangers on a really thin rail attached to the wall. Thus, it you are staying for a longer period, you would not be able to hang many of your clothes. In addition to that, for some reason window in this room did not have a handle and could not be closed without it. At the same time, the room is overlooking a busy street, meaning that it is quire noisy with open window, and AC cannot heat the room in such situation as well (when I stayed it was around 14 C during the night). After addressing this issue to reception, I received a handle and closed the window.

The hotel is located not far away from the central railway station, main sites and a shopping centre. The breakfasts were really good, many options to choose.

Be aware that you are unable to open the window in your room for some fresh air. My friend and I both woke up with a headache due to the absence of fresh air. On arrival, the room temperature was set to 25 degrees. Therefore it was extremely warm in the room, even after lowering the temperature. Breakfast lacks fresh orange juices. There is some fancy tap with a tablet next to it where you can tap a fruit juice of your choice. Unfortunately, this will result in mostly water mixed with a kind of syrup that should taste like orange juice. No fresh fruit too, only pieces of watermelon and pineapple, that weren't even peeled. Also, make sure you're grabbing your morning coffee from the machine in the corner, next to the English breakfast. The other machine is hot garbage.

Nice looking, modern hotel. Clean and compact room with comfy beds. Good shower. Breakfast has many options with good tasting fresh bread and toppings.

At breakfast, staff works irritatingly fast - as soon as you are gone from your table to get something else from the buffet, your table is already cleaned. Leaving coffee in the mug, leaving a jacket, or having an open book on the table didn't help.

No real negatives, its not a 5 star hotel but the price is pretty reflective of that.

Location, staff, facilities, breakfast were all great. Room and hotel in general was clean and had no issues during my stay. Is located very near to the center of the city so easy to walk around to different spots.

The hotel has good rooms, good breakfast, is calm and the beds are comfortable. Way cheaper than Copenhagen, it makes so much sense to come to this hotel and go there instead of staying in Copenhagen. This Hotel is 100% recommended

The rooms are not very sound-proof... Wish the wet-dry separation in the bathroom were better.

The breakfast is quite good as previous comments have said. Location is superb, within walking distance to city centre and central station, transportation is convenient too. Comfy bed and pillows, great lighting.
