How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Not hing comes to mind. Perhaps we should have two door key cards. We were two adults travelling.
We travel with pet and this hotel was perfect. We needed to stop by e4an on our way to Wãrmland. The beds and linen were super comfy. The bathroom was fresh and shower good. An extra bonus was the generous sofa. The room was quiet and warm. Nice touch with dog bed, blanket and treats for our pet.

Reception area is quite anonymous and hidden.
Location close to E4, with some restaurants in the neighborhood. Nothing fancy though, it's a Rasta. There is an espresso house next door though, that always helps (for us).

Everything was ok for the price and the location.
This is a great option if you want to stay in the area. It is close to a few fast food places and many petrol stations, which makes it easy to be there. A good choice.

The radiators were not on in the hotelroon which a little unpleasant, and a little surprising.
Easy to park, good quality rioms, quiet clean, near motorway & lots of QSR's.

The staff made a mistake by taking the room I booked for someone else even though it was in my name. When I asked to check in, the staff saw on computer that my name had already been checked in. The staff acted irritated with me. But at that time, the customer who checked in the room in my name, she brought the receipt she paid for the room, returned it to the staff and she said the receipt wasn't her name (but that's my name). That is evidence that the staff here do not work carefully.

Food at the location is medium quality. Staff is not particularly friendly/helpful.
Fine for a pass through place (located far from city centre). Rooms are clean and fine in size.

We hang the "Do Not Disturb" tag on the door, but still ur cleaning staff knock on the door and open the door from outside. it was very embarrassing for us at that moment. It is not a complaint against them but please tell them to take care in future.

There is no spa, sport facility or any other fancy bits. There is not much within the walking distance to see. Because I mostly travel at work, it does not matter to me at all, but for a family get-away maybe I'd look for a different place.
When I travel at work I prefer to keep to the places I know. I know the standard of cleanliness, breakfast, parking, wifi. Therefore I'll favor a hotel from a chain that I trust. And the price is very agreeable

They are probably quite short staffed during the evenings because the check in is at the restaurant desk and we had to wait for a while before someone from the kitchen came to greet us.
Very easy to stop from the motorway coming from south and continuing up north. The outside of the hotel and restaurant look very much like a cheap budget -style but especially the room was a very pleasant surprise!! Nicely decorated, comfortable furniture, good beds, clean bathroom.. It all looked brand new and more stylish than many other more expensive hotels we've stayed in. The restaurant is a polished version of a truck stop but that's all we needed and certainly didn't expect a romantic cadle light dinner. The breakfast was very good with multiple options, also eggs and bacon etc. Free parking.

The receptionist insisting on only speaking Swedish. This was not expected considering this is a motorway stop with many non Swedish customers. Some other people had the same experience when looking at other reviews.
The location was ideal for the journey back to Finland. There were also fast chargers available in the car park.

Reception and restaurant check in are one and the same. Felt like a truck driver's motel. Nothing to do around the hotel, it is suitable only if one has a car.
The room was ok. Very large restaurant and nice selection of food. Nice choices at Bfast.
