Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United Kingdomthe hotel had an incredible wellness centre. sadly some areas required additional payment to book which seemed excessive given the already high cost of the stay. It is an escape from the city so something to be aware of when booking. It is 15/20 min drive from the city centre and located in a business park so not a place to go if you’re going to Gothenburg on a city break

SwedenDinner at the restaurant was ok, tastes good and stuff was helpful just self respecting restaurant should not offer burgers like a main dish.
Hotel has nice pool area inside and outside. One of the pools has really warm water that allows to enjoy water even in chilly weather. Rooms are nicely equipped plus you’ll have nice view definitely. Food is good, especially breakfast is plenty to choose from.

United StatesIt was a bit confusing to reach from Gothenburg Central Station using Google Maps, and no one seemed to know which bus to take. If traveling by car, it would be much easier. The room was a bit warm in mid-May, and there was no AC. The spa was quite expensive. It is really a golf hotel & we were not playing golf.
The staff were very good, friendly and helpful. The facilities were quite nice. The breakfast was excellent.

SwedenThe warm pool outside had cracks in the tiles and it was floating old napkins in the pool. A bit hard to find the parking lot, no signs. Also hard to find the entrance at the hotel.
Really good food, both dinner and breakfast. Nice outdoor pool area with a warm pool. Nice room that had everything we needed. The temperature of the room was perfect!

We were a bit disappointed to hear that if you book with the hotel directly the pool would be included, which is not the case if you book via booking.com...
Amazing breakfast, great service, nice side activities (board games), good quality fitness equipment and the pool was also a big plus. We had a very nice and relaxing stay!

United KingdomThe Atrium room, would much rather been able to open my curtains and see the outside world and have natural light opposed to the bar and lounge below.
Breakfast and Bar food was excellent, as I was alone I did not use the full restaurant. Staff were super friendly and nice.
