Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

ChinaThe facilities are a little bit old, e.g. a very small and poor fridge standing on the floor and the room air-conditioning is not function well. I felt cold in the night and even colder in the bathroom.
The location is really good, just on the top of the central station and there're express from and to airport, just 18 mins and three metros which are convenient to everywhere.

GermanyThe price-performance ratio is not quite right, the rooms could do with a few improvements. As the hotel is really large, there are a lot of guests on site, which makes individual service difficult and you have to reserve your place at breakfast the day before, for example, as the breakfast restaurant is always absolutely crowded, which impacts the atmosphere.
Central location right by the train station, perfect for arriving from the airport and exploring the city by public transport. Modern building with some nice design elements. The roof terrace offers a beautiful view of the sunset.

The hotel is smack infront of the central station with underground access, therefore decision cannot be wrong. Being centrally located, everything seems to be within walking distance. eg Gamla Stan is just 5 mins down the road and be seen majestically from the hotel sundeck. Breakfast spread appear to be many but none are really appetizing. The best part of the hotel is the sundeck. It has very nice view of the City Hall and Gamla stan during sunset

Extremelly convenient location and very good breakfast, full variety, tasty and friendly supportive staff at the restaurant. It is not a family hotel (more business like), but the staff made it comfortable and we had everything we needed to stay with our baby.

Hotel is on excellent location above central train station and few minutes walk from airport express train, in the heart of city center and about 10 minutes walking distance to old town, few minutes walk to the river and council hall; its rooftop bar is amazing, and 11th floor sundeck gives overview over the city especially at night time the view is so beautiful; gym is free to use too. breakfast offers lot of verity. Hotel room is very quiet. Staffs are very Polites and friendly , they speak excellent English.
