Very nice hotel located scenically by the harbor of Helsingborg. The view from the room was amazing! The room was adequately equipped and comfortable. The bathroom and bathtub gave the room a luxurious touch. The spa area and sauna was clean and relaxing. The breakfast was tasty and varied. Staff was friendly.

Early check in around 1pm wasn’t possible , also a member of the staff didn’t have his best day, and we didn’t find the hotel welcoming.

Modern and relaxing environment. Room view to the sea. Breakfast was a normal standard, nothing special. Sauna at penthouse level was a gem . Helpful staff, I managed to extended the checkout time to 14pm, I appreciate the flexibility from the young staff member from the desk.

The ‘island’ had no restaurants or bars open when I was there, including the restaurant at the hotel, most likely because it was a Sunday. I was tired when I arrived and it meant I needed to walk back to town to find something. Not a huge deal, I only mention it so others can be aware and maybe plan for that.

My room was clean and comfortable, with an amazing view across the Øresund strait and over the sea. The hotel is very convenient to the station, and to the ferry terminal. The 12th floor “Relax” area was wonderful, with great views, comfortable and fun seating and an outstanding sauna. The restaurant is lovely and the breakfast was terrific.

Not being informed in time that the Deluxe room we booked was not available anymore

The rooms were nice and clean! The staff was professional and helpful. The breakfast buffet was large and had so many options. Something went wrong with our booking and the room we booked was not available anymore. So Emily (who worked on the reception that evening and again in the morning when we checked out) was incredibly helpful and understanding, very easy to talk to. She absolutely made us feel that she cared and that she wanted to sort it out for us in the best possible way... and she did ! We left feeling good about the place ! Would definitely come back and would highly recommend the hotel to anyone.

The location of the hotel was really good...absolutely loved the views, particularly while having breakfast, with a sea side view. Would have been good if i have got a sea side view room. Breakfast was also very good.

The room itself was bottom line size for two people. Bathroom size as well. Breakfast not bad but could improve comparing with other places.

Location and the view towards Denmark and towards city were fantastic. We could see Helsingor castle on the Danish coast from the window. Walking distance to train, ferry and city center. The hotel and whole neighborhood looked newly built. Good wifi. Comfy bed.

Many cigarette buts outside the hotel, my family met to drug addicts in the hotel elevator.

Excellent breakfast and nice view of the harbour. Big hotel with many rooms. Recommend to add that you would like a room with a view. Located close to city center. Come by train or bus, leave the car at home
