We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

SwedenThe gym is small and there is not much equipment, but works for simple training.
Nice hotel for travelers with car, situated next to E4 but outside of the city center. Foodstore next to hotel. Suitable for technicians and field service . Breakfast well sorted with ample choices and a spacious seating area. The room was nice and spacious ( superior room, second floor ) beds a bit on the harder side, could be a little more softer.

GermanyThe location is brilliant, off the highway but without any noise. The room was midsize, comfy beds and nice bathroom. Unknowingly we picked a night to stay when six different sport club fans also stayed in the hotel. We had about ten boys playing hockey in the hallway on our floor. Compliments to the night manager who successfully got them to be quiet for the night. She also offered us another room in a different part of the building but of course there was no guarantee this would be better noisewise. It all turned out well thanks to her. The restaurant was very good with incredibly attentive and nice staff and good food. Breakfast was in incredible.

For a traveller wanting a convenient and fresh stop over this was perfect. Kind staff and clean modern room. I have no complaints whatsoever and would gladly stay here again. For me the closeness to the E4 was important. Turned out it was just beside a decent mall for some travel food shopping. Breakfast was great.
