a bit late check-in and the soap/schampoo in the room felt a little cheap.

Location good, very nice with free parking, breakfast had a good selection and the overall was ambience nice! Extra plus for kids room, not cold in the room & swimming pool available.

We were unable to use the pool and sauna facilities because they were already fully booked up. You can only book a time slot when you have checked in and because of the school holidays we were too late at 3:30pm when we tried to select times for the day of arrival and of departure.

The hotel was modern, comfortable, clean and the reception team were very welcoming and knowledgeable. The breakfast was a great spread and I enjoyed everything that I tried. My son who chooses a vegan diet also had plenty of options.

The bed drifters apart while we were sleeping. The toilet smelled really bad in the room, we had to go down to the main floor to use another bathroom.

Location not close to station. Breakfast was not refilled. Staff members took out the things that got finished mid way. There is a booking needed for breakfast but what’s the point. No one checks, everyone comes at different time the Booked and doesn’t leave.

The fact that booking room cleaning was not straight forward, my booking did not go through the hotel system even when I got a confirmation message. Hotel then fixed this after I called them.

Small and dirty dressing room and pool. One family with two kids occupies the whole space so difficult also to feel that there’s room for More people. Maybe a booking system? Breakfast was great. Dinner not so much unfortunately. My daughter could hardly chew the chicken nuggets which were cold and rubbery. Cold fries. My meat was also very hard to chew and I fought long and hard. But staff was friendly, and place was cozy

Room cleaning has to apply one day in advance. Coffee during the work week remind me my student time: fresh coffee from yesterday. Breakfast without any fish.

Staff is very friendly and helpful but limited by the policy's from Scandic Hotel group.

Very good breakfast with nice vegan options. A special fridge with cheese, milk, yogurt, and other vegan items. Also, it's possible to request vegan pancakes in the kitchen. For kids, there is small playroom at the lobby.

Very rude staff, unclean, cold, no extra blanket, the beds were not made. Too dirty everything, stains overall including toilet & shower. The room smells bad and freezing. They didn’t serve enough blanket for three of us. Luckily we got our bed with us and went to our caravan, picked blanket of our own.

Friendly and helpful ladies in reception, amazing decoration all over the place, kids friendly hotel and a really good breakfast.

Pool and sauna were extremely dirty, hairs and dirt all over the place. It seams like no one cleans it during the day.. you had to book your shift for accessing it in the reception, but the people that were there before us left 30 min later and shifts were only for 45 min.. The room was nothing special, surprisingly it didn't have kettle and the coffee/tea set. If you wanted something worm before going to sleep they had an expresso machine at the reception were they charge you 20 sek. The bar didn't have any gluten free beers which was also disappointing. Overall it was not worth the money at all..

The "family room" with double bed and bunk-bed was very small. The staff was more occupied than they should be and therefore it took way too long to get any support.

Large and relatively not-expensive hotel. Breakfast was good as well.

Staff was unhelpful and made fun of our request. The hallways are super noisy and the room has very thin walls. You can’t sleep after 7 am or before 11pm. cold rooms with heating not working.
