Size of room, no amenities in room, bathroom had an exposed pipe, it was dirty when I got in. Flushed the toilet and then asked hotel yo clean further. Disgusting for me. The bar is closed in so cannot really enjoy the height. Very less dinner options.

Location is just perfect for me. Friendly and helpful staff wanting to set everything right. Kudos to them.

The room I was in had the following issues: - security lock on the door wouldn't engage - the room was cold and there were 2 extra heaters to help - the glass over the tub for the shower had stripping that was not tight and I needed to wedge a towel in between in order not to drench the floor All the rooms: - had short duvets or comforters. I finally asked for an extra bottom sheet - were very small - had no fridge or even a mini-bar to use as fridge

The breakfast buffet had an amazing selection of eggs, meats, veggies, bread, cheese, crepes and so much more. There were multiple juices and coffee. The staff was attentive and friendly. This more than exceeded my expectations.

That the bartender on new years eve was not very service minded. He kept complaining that there were to many people in the bar which made us not feel welcome.

We were very dissappointed when my colleague and I arrived at the hotel just to find out that our rooms were given to another customer. Having travelled approximately 10 hours and to find out that the hotel that we fully paid three weeks ago, gave our rooms was very very dissappointing and extra tiring to us. Although the hotel manager took full responsibility of this, we still arrived to the second hotel that they suggested at 2.30 a.m. in the morning and we were really tired. The hotel should have informed us in any way to let us know initially and more specifically they should have left our rooms empty even if we never showed up, as we have paid them in advance.

The location was great as we wanted something really close to Kistamassan center.

The same menu for every evening. Restaurant to be full even for long stay for a couple of evenings, while everything is closed around in the evenings.

I would have like to see different fruits from one day to the next, not the same for the whole duration of my stay What's about cappuccino and more fancy coffee than regular black coffee

The internet was so slow I had to use data the whole time. A lot of highway noise could be heard in the room 24/7. The bathroom in my so called King room was tiny with barely any space for toiletries. And there was no fridge. The gym was also only so so.

I booked this hotel but when I arrived, the receptionist said that he could not find me in the system. So I had to book a new hotel right away and it was in the middle of the night 1 am!

There are no facilities for tea/ coffee making in the room. Need to tell one day before for room cleaning. Common areas are not that clean (specially the entrance).

The location of the hotel is very convenient. From Arlanda airport you can take bus 583 to Marsta Station and from there train to Helenelund Station, Hotel is short walk from the station. Then you have the Kista centrum very close to the hotel.

Went to celebrate our wedding anniversary on a Saturday. Lack of service. opening times of the restaurants or access to food. When we arrived at 3pm everything was closed and there was no food to buy in the Lobby that was food allergy friendly. We where really longing for a nice late lunch by a dressed table but instead had Burger King ordered via Foodora. No room service or mini bar, the phone didn’t work in the room. The Wi-Fi did not work and the staff where not really service minded. Woke up with a sore neck and back from the bed and pillows. Would definitely not go there again.

Breakfast was little disappointing, could and should be better. The worst thing was the parking situation which we had to pay extra to use, though it was located by the Hotel but it was expensive.

I really enjoyed the view from our room and the sky bar. Personnel were nice and friendly specially a young man who was working at the Skybar on Saturday night, March the 5th, was very kind and nice with the kids.
