(Whole review down below) The apartments in the hotel were very clean and modern. They also had a fridge, dishwasher and a cooking stove so you could easily cook in the hotel. The hotel was right next to the town square and just 6 min walk from the train station so it was in the perfect spot! The staff in the building were also really nice and even though we got there before check-in our rooms were already cleaned and we could have them. And when we checked out 11am and our train wasn't leaving till 16 o'clock, they let us keep our luggage in the storage room while we were in the city and passing time before our train left! 10/10 experience

As always, things in Scandinavia are a little bit pricey. Although a little bit less expensive than others from the same type, it could still be a little bit more affordable in my perspective

I did a self check-in but couldn't find the room. Not at all well signposted or explained. Had to call the night security guard to show me where the access to the room was.

Very comfortable, modern, facilities. Quiet but well located near shops and restaurants. Only 5 minutes from the railway and bus station.

Very helpful personnel, clean, quiet, and comfortable. Excellent TV channels as well. Wi-fi works perfectly. We were very pleased with the possibility to charge our EV over night in the garage.

We loved the apartment..self catering as we wanted. Very close to shops restaurants etc. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Laundry facilities an added bonus!

We could not find our breakfast bags and the staff in the off hours (reached by phone) was not of any help (we were told to wait until the reception opens: 2 hours). The reception was very helpful though and apparently the bags were put in front of another room, which we could get to afterwards.

Stayed only one night, but the room was so nice that we left wishing for more. It's really like a small apartment with a well equipped kitchen that includes even a coffee maker and a dishwasher. Breakfast was also quite good, included a small sandwich, yoghurt with musli, a small muffin, juice and an apple.

Everything was great except that I couldn't understand how the stove worked.

I was booked in an apartment with full cooking facilities in almost the immediate centre of the city. The hotel is located just a short walk from the central railway station. It has no restaurant or bar, but given its location, that is really not a problem. A decent breakfast was served in a bag outside my door in the morning.

I booked hotel through Booking.com for the second time and both bookings were full of problems. I donot know whose fault it was, booking.com or hotel staff, but I had big headache before everything was settled. Too expensive to stay with dog. And one more thing: booking.com must play more active role in complicated situation and not to be a machine like Wi-Fi for message exchange between hotels and customers.

Perfect hotel for reasonable money. Everything was perfect.

HOWEVER, someone entered our room on the first day, we noticed that someone had used our bed, there were cans of Red Bull on the trash bin, and some chips packages. The worst was that when we arrived at the room after midnight and noticed this problem, there was no way of contacting the management of the hotel (we called the number at the reception, and a person in Norway answered and they had no idea what we were talking about). We of course couldn't sleep the whole night knowing that someone else had access to our room. I'm giving them a 3, not a 1, just because the person in the reception was very nice the next morning when we told her the bad experience we had.

The hotel in itself was good, and it met our expectations.

The heating was almost not working. The room was very small and i had to sleep dressed. After i asked for a second blanket and it was better, but in any way, it is uncomfortable when you take a shower and after feel so cold. I stayed 4 nights and my room was never cleaned during this time. The pillows are just horrible and the matrace was not good. I do not think that this corresponds a 4-stars hotel.

the room was small but cosy, and i had a small kitchen where i could make my coffee and keep smth in the frige. The staff was nice and they always answered my messages before my arrival.

When I came in, the room wasn't clean unfortunately. There were discharge stains on the inside of the toilet and there were still stains of glasses on the coffee table. During my stay, my room wasn't cleaned either. The pillows of the bed were really disappointing

The staff was super nice to let me check in early. I should have mentioned the dirty room earlier, this was my mistake, as when I mentioned it they wanted to fix it. Unfortunately I was leaving the next morning so I did not see any need for it. The kitchen was nicely equipped but it would have been great if there would have been some salt and or pepper.

the breakfast was a big joke. I could only cancel breakfast if I would call booking.com. we complained and mentioned how bad breakfast were - nothing improved! We were 4 persons and recieved for 7 days each moning a small bag - same all days - an apple that was not eatable, a prepared bun (that for sure not was not from same day) the bun had with very limited fill (1 very thin slice cheese and 1 thin slice meet (ham. salami or like), a small chokolate or vanilla muffin - (industri made,) a small brik orange juice. 1,5 dl natural yoghurt - with no label or name on what it was , 0,5 dl - cheap musli - (natural youghurt and musli was filled in some small disposable small cups like those you get at take away places. - WE could then go out and take tea (2 kinds : earlgray or greentea lemon) or a normal coffee from a can. Other places you get buffet for same amount of money - and we have tried other places who give a breakfast bag - this is the worst money saving breakfast I ever seen. After 3rd day we did bye breakfast from another place - we did throw out all exept brik juice and the bun every day - it could be used for part of lunch. Everything seamed like saving money - that is surpricing at 4 stars hotel apartments. - even the soap, shampoo - the cleaning offering, the tea, coffee .- I guess a safe money consultant have been over everything. the dustbin beside the tea and coffetable was not cleaned or emptied for several day...

great location, nice staff, very helpfull - good room - spacious - staff do what they can to provide good service. the room was clean and beds are good. We liked the hotel overall. location in center close to trainstation - all those things are great.

I came with my wife and daughter. The hotel did not prepare the duvet cover and pillow cover for the sofa bed. No way to get them from the hotel after 8 pm as nobody was at the reception. I called the phone number left for emergency contact but the women picked up the phone was in Stockholm and nobody can provide the covers. I have to dress with the close and without duvet. Also no detergent for the laundry machine. Very disappointed experience.
