Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

CanadaCleaning staff should only approach a room to clean once per day. If I say don’t come in. It doesn’t mean try to get in the room 1-2 hours later! Bed mattress and pillows could be of better quality. pillows offered where too soft and didn’t support side sleepers. The restaurant upstairs should scrap there “formal” attire requirement and be open more than 2 days a week.
Great location. Clean rooms. Lots of restaurants close by.

Francelack of staff. reception is manned about 50% of the time. the room service is not room service… I was charged to have the food delivered to me and when it was ready to be delivered they told me to come and get the food. so I was charged for delivery and had to get it myself.

PolandI didn't like anything. I got an offer from Booking for a 4-star hotel, I was sold a poor quality hostel below 2 stars. Dirty, dingy, ugly. One restaurant which was a digny, sad, neglected place with a shabby quasi restaurant, more closed than open, dirty with digny specks and seats and shiny paint, dirty blankets on a metal cart. The tables dirty, poor, looking dirty. On the tables the food leftovers. I had a choise with respect to the hour of the breakfast at. 7.30 a.m or 10.15 because in the meantime there was not place. Another bar downstairs next to the quasi reception (a table with a chair) was closed, on Saturday because it was 6.00 or 5.00 o'clock p.m. and on Sunday because it was Sunday. There was not lobby like in other hotels. it is well seen on the pictures enclosed. I paid for this hotel more than I would for any other 4-star hotels like Clarion in Malmo or Elite Savoy or Radisson. I was tempted by view to the sea. But I received something which was not worth even one tenth of the price paid. On the day of my arrival to the hotel I asked for packed lunch in place of the breakfast on Monday because I was leaving the hotel early in the morning on that day. Then I was informed that the receptionist's colleague forgot to tell him about it. In result I paid for th breakfast which I didn't have. I felt not only dissapointed but also humillated i n some way not by the place itself If it would be my decision to stay in such a place but that I trusted the offer and I was deceived. I feel very sorry about that.

SwedenUnsure if the bed linen was changed before our stay. The quilt cover is split inside. When we remove the quilt we can see it was badly damaged. Also not sure what chemical has been used to clean the whole place. My husband had bad reaction to the air as soon as we get to the hotel. during the whole stay he could not stop sneezing. As soon as we left few hours later it was stopped.

SerbiaThe windows couldn't open at all in the room. This didn't affect our stay or bother us much, but we wouldn't mind some fresh air beside the air conditioning.
The staff was very pleasant, welcoming, and always available. The hotel looks great and it's a few-minute walk away from the Central Station. The room was cleaned daily by the staff. The breakfast in Kasai in the sky restaurant was good, the same every day, but that's okay. On our last day, we couldn't make it in time for breakfast because we had an early flight, but the staff ordered takeout breakfast for us at the time that suited us best.

Overall a fine experience and i would come back looking isolated at the room, because of the shower, bed, tv, style etc. But since we only stayed overnight, then you can imagine that the breakfast was a pretty big part of the experience and that was honestly speaking quit disappointing. It was really boring in terms of warm food (overcooked eggs, which together with bacon was all you could get) and the cold selection was really "grey" looking. But the room was super nice

SwedenHowever, the most important to us was cleanliness of rooms especially when we noted to the hotel beforehand that we have allergies. Sadly only the floor was cleaned but the bed was not dusted. The next morning, the entire room and flooring was full of dust. The effort the staff put in was not enough to meet the standard of cleanliness you would expect a hotel would have. Fridge not working.
The breakfast buffet was great with good view however the staff cleared the breakfast buffet without notifying us. The staffs effort to meet the guests expectations was beyond expectations. The choice of toiletries is great.

RomaniaWe checked out recently from this nice hotel and wanted to take a taxi to the airport where he had a plane to catch. Unfortunately it was rush hour and there were no taxis available no matter how many calls we and the hotel desk personnel made. As we were with kids, me and my wife were started to get concerned and figured out the chances to miss the plane were pretty high. Seeing we might have a problem, a nice gentleman from the Reception offered to give us a ride to the airport. Of course we hapilly accepted only to find out the gentleman was Sebastian, the General Manager of the hotel himself. Now this is what I call service!
