You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

SwedenWe had a room with seaview and a balcony. The balcony had one chair and was in the need of some cleaning and "love" Bathroom was OK to use. Downstairs there was the breakfast room and some more rooms with tables and chairs to use: Typical "pensionat" we would say. The breakfast was super good and that together with the owners ( Tina and Christer ) made the stay very good. Without the breakfast and them - it would have been an ordinary stay.

2nd time at this beautiful location and it not only was wonderful but it got even better. The highlight, besides the amazing location on the waterfront and clean and cozy premises was the breakfast; lovely, delicious, locally sourced produce - simply the best.

SwedenThe ventilation of room could be better and blackout blinds/ curtains are missing (only Venetian blinds). Communication with facility was a bit difficult I had some questions about practicalities and wrote them via booking app, email and also rang the number available on booking but no answer. I got my answers when I got to place and in the entrance I found Tina's mobile number on a board that is missing on booking and website. There was nobody in the reception or there's no reception really so I had to call to find out about our room. Please update your contact details and reply to the emails ;)
The location, the view from the breakfast room are wonderful. The place is decorated with style and attention to detail, in perfect Swedish traditional. The facility is super clean, also the shared bathroom and toilet, with alcohol gel available. Our room was cosy and bed is comfy. Breakfast very good also.Tina is a super kind host.

The hosts were both super friendly and the facilities were great and clean. We booked a room with shared bathroom, but that was not a problem at all, as there were two bathrooms just outside our door.
