There was not clean in the room. Several peaces of sweet popcorn stick to the carpet. It has swimming pool, but extra towels and bathrobe will cost you 80 sek per person. And there is no place to dry towels or robe after swimming pool in the room. There was no kettle, cups and tea or coffee, but personal provided it by first request. Also elevator broken right when we were in. Good that door open, but elevator was 20 cm lower them floor. Scary. Next morning it was closed already.

Swimming pool was good. Just check the time for kids and no-kids. Gym was good. Missing some machines, but fine. Bed is good. Breakfast good. Free parking excellent. Very convenient. Personal friendly and helpful.

The room felt a bit out of date but the rest of the hotel was lovely. The restaurant was quite pricey, 200kr for a pizza that wasn’t anywhere near good quality.

Perfect place to go with the kids, the pool was great and go kart just around the corner. Big surfaces for the kids to run around. Very nice breakfast!

I'd say pictures are better than real life. Always check customer photos before you book. We were unhappy it turned out their are time restriction for families to visit the pool. We stayed 2 nights and chose this one because of the pool, but we we did not manage to get to the pool as allowed times did not match our schedule. Staff promised to include those details on the info page when I reported this. Access to pool and SPA is through the gym. Beds were not comfortable, double bed is actually twin beds put together covered by thin wide mattress, but this is not enough to keep them together, base mattresses are sliding apart anyway, not a comfortable sleep.

First of all the staff was friendly, helpful and professional. Helped me remedy the mess I created in my booking, adding extra-bed quickly. Restaurant looks renovated, good atmosphere and tasty dishes, we visited also for dinner, not only for breakfast. Breakfast was good, enough selection, good quality of food. Not overcrowded, we easily could find a place to sit together.

The shower-would have needed a scrap for cleaning the water off the floor, otherwise it just goes everywhere . Lack of hangers-at a spa hotel every guest has at least a towel-the room towel, and the spa bathrobe. Some hooks on the hallway or a hanger or smth would be good. They would also be usefull for drying wet clothes if the weather is shifting like when we visited cause u dont want to put them in the closet (which was a big plus actually) The spa..it was nice but kind of crowded. The 2 jacuzzi fill up quick and the salt room is kind of cold, maybe it is supposed to be, i am not really sure

Location:10 min lazy walk to the center. Elegant-big lobby/restaurant, very nicely decorated. Loved the candlelights, give such a cozy feeling. Free parking-and plenty of spaces. Big swiming pool and a cozy little sauna included in the prize, very good generous opening hours for the pool. The Rituals products in the bathroom. Very comfy bed, even the bunk one. Excellent breakfast, plenty to choose for everyone . Good storage space for clothes. The finnish sauna in the spa with the ice fountain. Big changing room. Very good ratio price/quality

It turns out both the SPA and the restaurant were closed during the entire stay. I asked for a mini fridge to the room but despite being told this should be a possibility it was not granted. After a 4 night stay, and having a whole group come for breakfast (as paying customers), and despite the hotel clearly not being full, we were asked to pay over 200 SEK to be able to check out only one hour later.

The facility is cozy and staff is nice. The room, however, is quite basic and completely lacks the coziness of the rest of the hotel facilities.

This is my favourite place to stay when visiting my old hometown. It is quiet, has free parking, a wonderful breakfast buffet, is within walking distance from the centre of town, and has a great shower.

In the room there was no slippers, no kettle, no coffee machine. The hotel has no nice views, it is placed conveniently at a short distance from the train station, in a large parking (or it is the hotel parking, I don’t know), next to some warehouses or utility buildings, but few minutes walking from the city center.

The beds are comfortable, the bathroom is equipped with very good quality toiletries, the breakfast is plenty and with many choices, the staff is very polite and ready to help. The hotel offer the guests free entrance to the pool, to the sauna and to the gym. Also, on the level we stayed, there is a room for spending time, drink a coffee or work…

Some feedback; the car registration app. It works and one can change the language to English. But even with that change the confirmation arrives in Swedish.

Don’t judge the book by its cover. The outside is industrial, the inside is a very good mix of industrial and modern decoration. Very comfortable room, friendly staff, excellent food with a nice choice of wines. Excellent quality beds, slept very well.

The only thing that was not the best for us was the bed, which was just too soft

Lovely restaurant and breakfast, kind and helpful staff, large and cozy room (we ended up switching to a king+), and the property is very welcoming towards dogs (inform them if you're bringing a dog, as only some rooms can accommodate that). They set up a cozy cot in the room for our baby as well, complete with pillow and duvet. Also, it's just an 8-10 minute walk across a bridge into the city centre.

We had to book what time we would like to eat breakfast. The bar closed at eight on suterday and was not open at all on sunday because of Midsommar. We, and lot of others, had bikes but it was not a good and safe place to park.
