I wish the kitchen space was a bit bigger, there also was no washing up liquid and not enough crockery and cutlery to last a whole week without washing up.

Great location, very peaceful, and close to public transport. Good walking routes around the property for picturesque walks. The owner is very helpful and caters to every need.

She provided kind support to find the place(she took me from the nearest station to the place at the first time) and the view from the house is stunning. It's much better than just staying in the city center. I was able to fully enjoy nature and stockholm at the same time. It only takes 20 min from city center.

Very nice, clean, quite and spacious villa with a stunning lake view on the Edsviken. The kitchen, the large sitting area (living room, dining room with 2 tables and kitchen are combined to one room), the balcony, the 3 bedrooms, the 2 bathrooms and the sauna are very well-equipped. We could park our car in the garage of the villa. It was a very relaxing and comfortable stay. We loved it.

The things that I didn't like are first world problems, but when everything is so great it's nice to mention also the things that could be improved so that the place is even better. The internet connection was not that great. In the evening when I was trying to see a movie the speed was about 1-2 Mbps, which lead to a lot of interruptions due to buffering. In the end I've had to use my own mobile data which was very fast, and I didn't have buffering issues any more. In this day and age when there are so many internet providers and even the most remote locations can get good quality internet thanks to Starlink I think that this place could also relatively easily get a great internet connection. The house is pretty hightech, which is great for someone like me that is technically inclined. But it could be a bit intimidating for older people or people that are not as tech-savvy. It would be nice to have a folder with information about how to use the various things in the house. Something like a house manual. Alternatively there could be an easily accessible place with all the manuals of the various devices in the house. Another small improvement I can recommend is regarding the door to the downstairs bedroom (the one to the left of the main entrance). As it is now, the door has some transparent windows. This is not ideal for a bedroom accessed from the main hallway where many people can be going around. My advice is to cover the transparent windows with some window film which is not transparent, so that the people in that room can also have privacy.

I've been booking many nice apartments when travelling to many countries (primarily in Europe) and I can say hands down that this is the best apartment I've been to so far. We've got the 3 bedroom apartment. It was gorgeous. For our group of 6 people I could find accommodation in 3 double rooms in several 4 start hotels at a price that was usually higher than for this place. And I think that this place offers much more that the 4 start hotels. It has a very nice view overlooking the lake. It's very spacious. Really nice living room. It's pretty high tech, with very nice large screen TV from Phillips, fancy light switches, intelligent owen etc. The apartment has also a sauna. The bed in the master bedroom is huge. It's very soft, which at first felt strange but I got used to it and I've slept great. I am usually used to the harder beds but I've realised that the advantage of the soft bed is that it's pretty good in absorbing the movements of the other person you are sleeping with. So for the people like me that can wake up at the slightest movement this can by a very nice thing. The house is very well maintained. It looks like new. It's also very well equipped. It had pretty much anything we needed, including small things like good quality toilet paper, plenty of plates, nice dishwasher with plenty of washing capsules, huge fridge and freezer etc. The only thing we were missing were some extra teaspoons. I believe that there were only 3 of them. The neighbourhood was really nice. It looked very safe and quiet, with lots of nice houses. Next to the house there is a trail that goes around the lake. It's very nice and seems to be very popular with the locals. We've been walking on it every day during our stay. The host Michelle was very nice. It was very easy to get hold of her by whatsup. She made a nice folder with all kind of useful touristic info that was placed in the hallway (next to the couch).

For us, the beds were a bit too soft (we prefer very firm beds though).

The location (at the lake, quite, bus 5 min, perfect connection to Stockholm with Metro). Large cosy living, bikes or car can be stored in the double garage. Perfect washing machine and dryer. Double oven. Large hob. Dishwasher. Sauna Stockholm centre by e bike just 30 minutes. The host is a good care taker.
