Rooms are really cold. Heating is limited with max. 25 C degree but it never reach it. It is generally between 20-23 C degree. Breakfast is also limited with couple of option. It is not extensive.

the room wasn’t cleaned during our whole stay although we have requested for it to be cleaned and used the required clean my room signage. the room amenities are very basic and limited to towels, shower cleaning detergents and tissues. also, no coffee or tea maker, no bath robe and no slippers

the building is special with floor to ceiling windows, with views of the whole city from every floor and room. the hotel includes good restaurants with a cool and modern ambience. the breakfast was delicious! situated in an excellent central location and has accessibility to all key streets.

The breakfast dining room floor needed a clean! Not enough staff working for such a busy hotel. No parking, apart from a very unkempt parking lot behind the hotel! Which was additional cost.

Its hard to get a table at Miss Voon, maybe a few tables could be reserved for hotel guests. The breakfast was not to my liking, mainly because there was very little fresh things like fruits and vegetables. However plenty of pickled?? The warm items on breakfast were portioned in aluminum skillet. Very little of everything.

Loved the bed, and duvet. The view was amazing

Upon arriving and entering our room we discovered that it was a used room. The whole room was left exactly as used by the previous guests. We were given a new room. sadly this room was also not cleaned properly. There still was an opened and used soap bar in the shower and marks left from the previous user. Also, there was no soap in the dispensers. they offered to clean the bathroom. All good, but perhaps it would be good to clean the bathroom before new guests arrive. This doesn’t seem like much to ask when one books a hotel room.

Nice design. Comfortable beds. Friendly staff. Absolutely fantastic breakfast spread (with dozens of local products) and the best breakfast staff. this made up for quite alot.

The breakfast was disappointing with very little variety. They did not have serve-yourself stations for scrambled eggs, bacon, or sausages…merely small pans with a couple bites of egg, 1 strip of bacon, a couple of sliced sautéed mushrooms, 1 small British sausage link and one kale leaf. It felt like they were rationing breakfast, and the food wasn’t hot. There were no sliced peppers for breakfast sandwiches which had felt like a given at Swedish hotels before then, no waffle station or pancakes, and the fika bread only had about 3 or 4 different things. The room rate was much too high for the hotel to try and save money on the food. The cleaning of the room was also a disappointment…we found a shirt from a previous tenant in the room…and information given at check-in was very scarce.

Myself and my girlfriend decided to book a 3night get away in this newly build hotel in Skelleftea. The hotel didn’t start great as we booked it 5 days before our arrival and tried to contact the hotel to get more information about the spa, pool and restaurants without any luck. We have contacted the hotel through booking.com we have email them directly and we have tried to call with no luck. Only when arrived at the hotel we were able to get our questions answered. Day 1 After the check in we went to 13th floor to our room. When we walked in we realised the there was no toilet paper in the room, there was an eye lash on the bed, there was no robes and slippers supplied. When trying to contact the reception on the phone we realised that there was no number to contact reception. Took us few minutes to figure it out but eventually we managed to get through. FYI press 9 for reception. After our complaint the hotel staff resolved the matter right away. Day 2 Breakfast was very nice in the hotel. Hot and cold drinks available. Food was very good. We had Spa booked in for 11.30am which we booked the night before. The prices are Monday-Thursday 49€ pp Friday-Sunday 75€ pp The spa was clean and tidy, they had beds to relax on, steam room, sauna and outdoor swimming pool. Over all the spa experience was good but little overpriced to what they had to offer. Room service to our surprise did not arrive. Which was strange as they meant to arrive every morning to replace the towels. In fact they didn’t arrive to us for the whole stay that we were in the hotel. We had to go down to reception and ask for clean towels and toilet paper. Day 3 Still no room service present. Found a big piece of paper in the butter at breakfast time. Down side is that the hotel have to improve on their customer service and the room service. As there was no room service, everybody put their rubbish at the bin beside the elevator and that bin was not emptied for two days.

Over all the hotel is nice tidy and clean The rooms are comfortable and the beds are very nice to sleep in. The air con work perfectly. They have very good showers. There is minimal noise in the room which is very nice as you can’t hear other guests. The restaurant Miss Voon is nice and the food is good plus they have amazing cocktails. Reception staff is very nice and helpful.

There was poor airconditioning in the top floors. Air felt really heavy. The rooms were cold, especially at night. Woke me up many times. Bathroom felt like stepping on ice. We went to turn the heat up in the morning, but when we came back the cleaners had put the temperature down again. Mind you these things take years to heat up. The rooms were pretty small and you have no way of getting fresh air because of the sealed windows. The hotel has no parking, so you have to look for parkings nearby. The reception service was interesting. When we arrived for check-in we asked for late checkout, but the receptionist told us that we had to come back and ask the evening before the last day because that's when they'll know more. On check-out the receptionist almost ignored us and didnt even ask if we had a good stay. The breakfast was very dissappointing. They didnt have much of a selection, and the eggs were extremely overcooked. I dont even think they had milk. Saturday night we wanted to eat at the resturant on the 4th floor, but all of a sudden it was booked as a wedding venue without any notice. All they did was put a couple of printed paper signs outside of the elevators saying Mandel would be appointed today. The rooms were also very little soundproof, especially from outside noise, which also made it hard to get sleep. We picked this hotel over a safer option we've stayed at before because we had high hopes that this one, it being new and all, would be great. We will not be back again.

It was a cool concept, and it was right next to shopping malls and streets. Cleaning was good.
