Maintenance of the bathroom needs to be improved. Flying bugs along walkway as I stayed on top floor.

Getting to the room was a maze. The hotel consists of several buildings: we needed to get through several levels, corridors, elevators until we reach the room.

The have a swinging chair in the room and not enough space for it and obstructed the view of the TV. Just not enough space for this to be practical. Some restaurant staff slow on service while on phones.

Nice hotel for a stop over near airport. A quick Check-in. The girl on reception was helpful and organised breakfast the next day to take away.

Check in late night and had to self carry luggages a long way up and down. Opening doors along the way were inconvenient with our hands full. Definitely not for shopaholics as no shops within walking distance. Taxi will need to be booked.

Not the typical hotel. Corridor was open air with lush greeneries. As close to nature you can get. Room was adequately big and clean. Good for conferences or for meditation. Breakfast was basic but good.

We like the location near Changi village, close to buses and taxis easy to get hold of. Very pleasant and helpful staff.

We booked this hotel as it is fairly close to the airport. However, the hotel does not offer free shuttle to the airport and the taxi ride took a long time (approx 30 mins) due to traffic. So no advantage to staying in the city center in this regard. Also, the aircon was too cold and too strong, with no possibility to reduce the intensity or to open the window.

The breakfast was fine and the staff very helpful! Also, the entire area is very calm and quiet.

It's a pleasant hotel, close enough to Changi airport to use for an overnight stay between flights. It's an easy walk to Changi Village, where there are plenty of food places, etc. Interesting walk though what feels like the heart of an old colonial area (the Civil Service Club, etc.) For Singapore (where hotels are expensive) the price was reasonable.

It was a bit of a maze to get to my room, you had to go up an elevator, go across a walkway then take another elevator before walking along a couple corridors.

The taxi driver sometimes tried to fool you to make more money. I wish the hotel is located inside the airport.. The hotel's car transfer is quite expensive.

The room is bigger than most hotels in Singapore. This one includes breakfast and close to the airport.

small room, in addition to small room, I would say that the building is complicated to walk around, going to lobby to room back and forth does take a lot more hours, signs dont help much.

Its locations can be tricky, but provides ground for tranqulinity
