The only thing that I feel could be improved on was the wifi. in my room, at certain times of the day, it dropped in and out i.e. early morning when many people were using it. Apart from that, everything was as advertised.

The staff were very friendly and helpful at check-in. The breakfast buffet was substantial and varied each day and included local breakfast foods like noodles, friends rice, and dim sum, as well as more standard European items such as eggs, sausages, fruit and toast. The room was very clean and a good size with an excellent bathroom

We stayed at the hotel recently with our family of three (myself, my spouse, and our daughter). Unfortunately, the room felt quite cramped for us. We had booked a larger room with two separate beds but checked in very late at night, and they didn't provide us with the bigger room. The Filipino receptionist explained that all rooms are the same size and differ from the pictures online. she suggested we stay in the room provided as it had the biggest bed available, which could accommodate all three of us. Despite the inconvenience, the staff was helpful and tried to make our stay as comfortable as possible.

We stayed at the hotel for 4 days and 3 nights, and we thoroughly enjoyed our experience. The free buffet breakfast was a fantastic start to each day, offering a wide variety of delicious options. The hotel's location near Bugis Junction was incredibly convenient, with a mix of shopping options that can enthrall even the most seasoned of shoppers. Bugis Junction, with its unique combination of traditional mall and open-air shopping district, features sidewalk cafes and shophouses alongside modern retail palaces. We highly recommend this hotel for its excellent amenities and prime location.

The reviews of the sink drainage pipe were real --- it turns out the floor drain, hand basin sink, and shower drain were all connected, and you can hear the waterfall or stream every time the water passes through it. The sound is coming from the floor drain underneath the sink, and my Mom and I kept wondering why they designed it like that. It didn't bother us, but it's an unusual design because we haven't seen anything like it. Though the lady staff behind the first front office counter was very courteous when we checked in, we noticed that the staff in the afternoon or late evening don't seem to greet us or smile back, even though we had automatically greet them. Once, we were thinking of giving our leftovers from dinner to the staff (thinking the one who checked us in was on duty), but when the staff didn't greet us, we didn't continue. Plus, the person behind wasn't wearing their uniform behind the front desk, so I assumed it was an I.T. guy fixing the computer. Perhaps it was a language barrier? Or since the elevators were right across the front desk, the staff got tired from greeting everyone coming in and out of the elevators. In any case, we had a very smooth check-in and check-out, and they were courteous all throughout.

The breakfast staff there made our mornings very welcoming in Singapore. My Mom and I always saw the older man and lady staff there smiling and / or cheerful whenever they met the guests; the older man was helpful and polite when my Mom tried to figure out how to use the bread heating machine, or asking me for the correct breakfast stub colour for the current day. It wasn't a problem if we had to share a table (we ended up having our own table in all the mornings we were there) and though it is a small breakfast lounge, it was comfortable. Also, the housekeeper helped me figure out that our air conditioner had its own button --- I assumed the power card automatically turned it on. Lastly, the other guy (on the left side of the hotel) whom I assumed was the night porter or security, always smiles at us whenever my Mom and I came back from a long day of walking. The location, by the way, is excellent. Just down the corner are a row of restaurants, and the best Chinese food I've tasted was in that street.

Bfast was chaotic, too many people in a small space. Staff couldn't keep up with clean tables and food. Most had to share tables. Food was sub par. I would suggest no bfast option and walk nearby.

Location was superb.it was close to the bugis MRT station and infront of the hotel there is a bus station. There are many food joints next to the hotel. Breakfast was very good. They give complimentary bf with the tariff and it was really great. Room cleaning was excellent. They changed our towels all the days

Breakfast seating was a mess, they didn't had much space and a poor girl needed to assign guests to free spaces at tables.

Staff was very nice and helpful, location was absolutely amazing, directly in the heart of Bugis, easy to reach. Breakfast was always plenty, had asian + europeanish breakfast, fresh coffee. Even the room had no window, air flow was good enough.

I booked double room with ONE bed, but got two single beds. Yes, I travel alone, but if I book one bed I expect to get one bed. If somebody comes and asks for double bed, no, you don't have it, it's already booked. It's that simple. You might make them happy, but obviously you are not gonna please me, so either way one customer is not happy.

Great location, around the corner from Bugis metro station. Lots of restaurants around, shopping mall, supermaket. It's overpriced but that's Singapore. Hotel looks a bit run down, but I think rooms have been renovated. Room is not big, you barely have where to leave your suitcase. But it has a window, which was important for me. Bathroom was ok also, with toiletries provided. AC, WiFi worked well. I liked breakfast, it had some local flavor and basic international things. Staff at breakfast was very friendly. Breakfast room often too small and crowded, but pick early or towards the end and it's much better.

Reasonable price for a nice room. We stayed 2 nights. Location is perfect for exploring the city walking. But also close to the subway station - it is 40 mins to the airport The beds are comfortable, everything you need is in the room. Nice cleaning services, breakfast is quite fine.

I think need to improve the water drips in the toilet but it’s manageable.

The breakfast is good. Only the place is quite small place & a little bit crowded.need to wait a few mins before you can have thé breakfast.But overall all good & im ả satisfied customer.
