We really enjoyed our stay at Bohinj Eco Hotel. The staff was welcoming and very friendly. Our room was very clean and well maintained. The pool area provided a lot of fun for our family. Location was great as it was just a short drive to Lake Bohinj. Breakfast was plentiful with delicious food.

If I have to say something, I would say that the hair-dryers in both bathrooms were very old and they were blowing air at very low speed. No blockers/curtains at showers. The entire bathroom would be wet after every shower.

The room was very spacious, with 2 washrooms and 2 balconies. Nice/quiet location and the rooms have very good insulation. There is a water stream nearby and you could only hear it if you open the sliding doors. The jacuzzi in the washroom was really relaxing. Make sure to take some bath salts with you! The wellness center with the aqua park (with water slides) was simply a pleasant surprise. The underground parking area included free car charging spots. They varied breakfast items everyday which was impressive. Lots of items to choose from.

-There is not enough space in the room to hang things after the pool to dry. There were three of us, so 3 towels for the pool, 3 for swimming, bathing suits, wet bathrobes and only one small radiator in the bathroom. -Not enough sunbeds at swimming pool area. Also you cannot use all swimming pools without extra pay. -Gym was closed. -The room is without a balcony. -If you want dinner you have to pay an additional 23 euro per person, so people from our hotel were going to another hotel across the street to eat in their restaurant for less money.

Rooms are clean, big parking, breakfast was good, and there was a tunnel to the swimming pool.

Staff is exhausted and not friendly. The pool with the view which is shown on booking.com was not included in our room price despite we had "waterpark included" rooms. When we asked for it, nobody helped. During the checkout we realized that we could go for 20 euros (it was shown on the TV in the lobby), which would have been acceptable. Buffet dinner is not always available.

Spacious rooms, including the bathroom. 4-star experience. Bar in the lobby has great selection of local beers. Parking on site. Excellent breakfast.

VERY hot throughout the hotel! Had to sleep with patio doors fully open all night to be able to sleep! Sauna did not allow swimwear to be worn which we were not comfortable with.

Beautiful room, floor to ceiling windows and balcony with view of church and mountains. Wide choice of food for breakfast. Helpful staff on reception. Aqua park was a nice addition.

There is no option for dinner reservation when booking through Booking. If you arrive later, the hotel restaurant may be full so you have to find a local restaurant outside the hotel.

A nice hotel in a valley next to a small stream. Excellently maintained, attention is paid to small details that make the stay even more pleasant, everything is very clean, the staff is professional, helpful and unobtrusive. Aquapark with an interesting indoor pool with waterfalls and water massages, slides, jacuzzis for adults and children, wellness, bowling alley, table tennis...

Shower not comfortable. They provide minimum towels, no kettle in rooms. Reception staff not too friendly compared with the team staff serving at the bar! Bar closes at 10 pm!

Nothing really. Hotel is 20 years old? Its dated. Its clean. Nobody helps you with bags. One trolly only. Room was listed as a family room, but it was just a normal room with an extra big kids fold out bed. We were cramped.

We booked for the kids and the aqua park, it did not disappoint. Two slides, a little lazy river, a bunch of pools, and two hot tubs that were pretty hot. Bowling alley was a suprirse bonus. Kids loved it. They said this was second best kids place after Katchberg's Falkensteiner! That is high praise.

The room was very clean, the bed is big and comfortable. They had amazing breakfast every morning with a variety of meals to choose from. Aqua park is a great place to spend the afternoon with kids.. Really great!

Upon arrival, it became apparent that the room advertised as a "Deluxe" accommodation was, in reality, just a standard room, lacking the premium features and amenities one might expect from such a designation. This discrepancy was not limited to the room classification alone; there was a noticeable inconsistency between the information provided on the Booking platform and the details available directly from the hotel, particularly regarding check-in and check-out times. (Booking: Check-in at 3 pm, check-out at 11 am, Onsite: Check-in at 2 pm, check-out at 10 am. This lack of clarity and accuracy in communication contributed to a confusing and less-than-satisfactory experience. Furthermore, the internet connection within the hotel was extremely inadequate. The poor quality of the service rendered it virtually impossible to perform any online activities, whether it be for leisure, such as streaming media or browsing social media, or for more critical tasks like responding to emails or completing work obligations. This aspect of the stay was especially frustrating, as a reliable internet connection has become a fundamental expectation for travelers, particularly in establishments that purport to offer a higher standard of accommodation. The sauna was consistently crowded, making it nearly impossible for guests to access and enjoy the sauna experience in a relaxing manner. This issue was compounded by the fact that the sauna advertised on the booking platform, which guests might have assumed was the same free sauna required an additional fee for use (but also crowded and impossible to use).

The breakfast offered was satisfactory, complemented by acceptable service in the lobby and a decent selection of snacks. The aquapark presented itself as a delightful highlight of the facility, offering a range of water-based attractions that catered to both the adventurous spirit and those seeking leisure. The design and layout of the aquapark were thoughtfully executed, providing an engaging and enjoyable environment for all ages. Particularly noteworthy was the kids' area and the water in this section was maintained at a pleasantly warm temperature al the time.

We didnt have tea And water inside The room, staff told us First day that cleaning was until 11 And I was asking around 11:30 but she told me it is done for that day which was wrong information. We came to The hotel late And I was tired from driving And even though I asked receptionist to help us And nobody was there he didnt do it, The excuse was that he was The only one working but it was not crowded. I wanted room on The higher floor he told me to come back tomorrow morning And he didnt have any information about whiteboard which I found so not professional. Beside housekeeping who didnt want to help us clean room First day And that receptionist other staff was amazing. We loved it And special Thanks to Tina And The people in The restaurant who welcomed us And helped me with The parking information in Bled. We were happy. One suggestion is we expected soup with The beef, maybe to add a little bit of meat in it because The air is dry there so we needed some soup to recover from The dry air. Everything else was amazing And The view, nature And aquapark along with The food is just great. Hotel itself is great, maybe only gym to do it a bit better. We would come back, we loved it its amazing value for money ❤️

THe overall design of the hotel, interior, furniture, spaces, lighting, etc. is not on the level of a superior 4-star hotel. Everything just looks "meh" and lacks a sense or feeling. It just looks like there wasn't one architect or designer who was responsible for the overall look and feel of the space.

The aqua park is big and offers above-average experience in comparison to the swimming pools of hotels in general. The staff is friendly and breakfast is good. The room (executive) was spacious.
