Room was tiny....too small if were planning on spending time in it but fine to sleep in.

Fantastic location. Nice vibe to the hotel. Great place to see the city for a couple of days. You can walk everywhere.

Our room 19 was above a nightclub which date open till three in the morning, and you could hear the people outside, shouting and singing all night

The room was a little tired and the AC was not the best. But that seemed to be a theme in all the places we stayed in Slovenia.

The location was great, having the pool at the end of the day was a real bonus. We are our evening meal there as well, which was really good. All in all a really good City hotel.

The electricity in our room went out 3 times, the staff were really helpful and fixed it on each occasion. Unfortunate we could not move to another room as it was fully booked.

The design of the rooms was a little funky and our room was small. It didn’t seem like it had been cleaned well. Also, when taking a shower, the water leaked out the bottom of the glass onto the bathroom floor and it was like a swimming pool in the bathroom. Very poor design.

Vander Restaurant is beyond exceptional and the included breakfast was wonderful! The location was perfect.

There were big stains on the carpets, there were ring marks on our bedroom desk (which I initially assumed were permanent however when I tried to wipe one of them, it easily came away), the shower smelled of mould and the pillows were flat as pancakes. There were piles of cushions stacked up in the breakfast area which looked messy. Finally, breakfast took ages! They forgot our coffees, then after about 45 mins our eggs arrived but with no bacon. That came 5-10 mins later. I ordered another coffee but that never came. We all left very disappointed.

The location was fantastic! And the design was cool too. We ate our evening meal at the hotel and the food and drink was delicious and our waiter was really great too.

The breakfast policy should be communicated to all staff members serving at the breakfast. We had an embarrassing discussion with the waiter whether our daughter (3 years old) is entitled to order her own dishes or not. But as said: the quality of food served at breakfast is outstanding!

The room was smaller than expected and the bathrooms having glass instead of walls is not a feature that we really liked.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The location is as perfect as it gets and the pool on the roof was priceless.

There were towels (clean ones in stacks and dirty ones in washbags) in the corridor in front of our room for the whole stay. And there could have been extra towels upstairs at the pool.

The location was amazing, so close in the old town. We enjoyed the rooftop pool every day with a great view over Ljubljana's riverside. That was amazing, also with the chillout music which really calmed us down. And the breakfast was absolutely delicious. Thanks!

There were curtains to separate the bathroom facilities from the main room which was not ideal.

The location was fantastic. The hotel was clean, room was spacious, and staff were helpful. They even organised a breakfast box for us when we had to check out early.

The hotel needs some renovations as well as some senior personnel. The formerly bright floors were smudged, and the towels and bath clothes were torn—things you wouldn't expect for that money. Moreover, the A/C always cooled to 18C as we left the room, even though I turned it off. I was told it always resets when the key card is removed.

The location and the design of the hotel are exceptional. The pool and the breakfast are very nice.

Great hotel right in the middle of Ljubljana. Very clean and good staff. Great breakfast. Rooms not huge but comfortable. We have stayed before and would stay again. City of Ljubljana offers free mini shuttle buses to/from car parks. This is a great initiative.

The bathroom had a weird smell and I couldn’t change rooms since they were fully booked.

If you go to Ljubljana- this is the place to stay at. The hotel severs amazing breakfast and has a breathtaking rooftop with an infinity pool in the middle of the city. There are so man great restaurants around and as I said, you are in the heart of the city. It couldn’t get better.

Smell of smoke from general public and staff when opening window for fresh air. Noisy in the late evening due to street activity below.

The room became warm, and it was difficult to get the ac to cool it down. Room was a bit small. Piles of towels, or bags of laundry were regularly found lying in the halls. Not a big deal but….
